Bra läge med fantastisk utsikt över havet. Flera stränder och badklippor nära.

Vi havde en super god ferie. Vi boede med havudsigt, så det var helt perfekt. Bygningerne bag ved, generede ikke os, men de var ret slidte, ville ikke være tilfreds med at bo der. Poolområdet er fint.

This was a nice place 15 years ago maybe. Everyday we had to call the reception to get them to fix different things in the room. No working AC, no hot water, it was leaking water from the roof down on you when you sat on the toilet. Terrible experience. They show you restaurants on the map when You arrived that has been closed for many years. The ad says 4 restaurants and in real world it is one by the pool. That restaurant is very good but it is also the only restaurant. The kids club was also very nice with super nice personnel. But if you want a nice stay in Pula, do not pick this place. Our flight back home was scheduled at 9pm and check out was at 10 am. I begged them to compensate us with a room to 6 pm due to al the problems we had that week but there was no way the could do this. When i asked to speak to the manager over the phone I could not even get the managers number. I understand why, they would probably be drowning in complaints from the guests. We were not alone to have these kind of problems with our stay. Chose a other place to stay if you want a good stay in Pula!

Hotellet har ett fint läge, men inget för dem som Söker lyx och flärd. Väldigt spartanskt, gammalt med fungerade.

This was not our first stay at Splendid Resort, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. We have previously stayed at this property and therefore booked it again based on our earlier positive experiences. Unfortunately, the standard during this stay had deteriorated significantly and did not meet the quality we had paid for or reasonably expected. During our stay we experienced numerous issues, including: • A broken toilet seat, which was cracked in several places. • A defective hairdryer that could not be used. • The inside handle of the entrance door was missing, making the door inconvenient to operate. • We booked accommodation for five guests, but the terrace contained only three outdoor chairs, meaning not everyone could sit outside together. • We requested replacement bed linen. When it finally arrived, staff knocked on our door at 8:45 a.m. despite us being on holiday with our family, including a teenager. Furthermore, we had to change all the bed linen ourselves. • The delivered linen was also incorrect. We received seven sheets and one duvet cover for a double duvet, although the apartment only contained single duvets, leaving us without usable duvet covers. • We specifically booked and paid for an apartment with garden view. Instead, our apartment overlooked the rear of surrounding buildings, with several air conditioning units creating constant noise throughout the day and nights

Fint sted, ikke badestrand, kun klipper. Morgenmaden er dårlig. Udsigt som man betaler for, er der ikke, da alt er vokset vildt og ikke vedligeholdt. Poolen var fin, dog koster hver liggestol 6 euro pr dag, meget dyrt. Køkkenet er mangelfuldt.

Hej! Hotellet hade bra läge! När vi bokade hotellet så var solstolarna grattis, skulle ingå i priset. Men när vi kom till hotellet så ville de få betalt…

Lägenheten var ren och iordning, något gammal standard men ok. Hårda sängar då det saknas bäddmadrass. vinglas finns inte....poolområdet är fint och bra och väldigt fina klippbad i havet.

Lägenheten vi hade var bra, kanonutsikt över havet och nära ner till pool (som vi dock aldrig badade i) och klipporna. Lagom stor balkong o ett pentry med det man kan förvänta sig. Receptionen var bemannad dygnet runt och de var väldigt hjälpsamma o trevliga. Väldigt slitet område som är i stort behov av uppfräschning. Liten pool för så många lägenheter. Solstolarna kostade pengar för boende på hotellet. Dåligt med restauranger och öppettider. Restaurangen vid affären dock över förväntan och väldigt trevlig personal. Bra med affär på området som var öppen till 21

Allt har varit okej, och ändå över förväntan. Bodde i en lgh med ett rum och utsikt över havet. Brist på info ang vistelsen vid ankomst så som städning, sortering av avfall osv. Kontrollen till AC:n var trasig, fixades inom några timmar. Tog tre dagar innan vi hittade knappen för att sätta på varmvattenberedaren, en lampknapp utanför toaletten. Vore trevligt med någon skriftlig info på rummet med instruktioner, allt vi fick var en karta över området. Restaurangen vid poolen var sådär men Bambo vid matbutiken var toppen! Generellt mycket trappor i hotellområdet, men rent och snyggt. Fick två toalettrullar för 5per /vecka. Olika bud när vi efterfrågade påfyllning, tillslut kom två rullar till efter att vi fått info att vi får köpa själva. Verkar inte som appen Arena Hotel används, fick aldrig något svar vid chat.

Lägenheten var bra och vi fick havsutsikt även om vi inte bokat det. Den ena ac n var sönder vid ankomst, men det fixades. Väldigt mycket trappor i området och inget för rörelsehindrade. Väldigt dåligt att man var tvungen att betala för solstolarna trots att man bodde på området, den informationen såg jag ingenstans innan.

Personale veldig hjelpsomme. Treningsrom ute av drift noe som var dumt at man ikke ble opplyst om.Var ikke rengjøring av rom de 2 ukene vi var der,men byttet sengetøy 1 gang og kom med nye hånklær når vi ringte.Flott store rom og stor utsiktsleilihet med stor altan. De kom å fikset vask med en gang vi ringte

Fantastisk utsikt över havet. Restaurang helt ok om man vill äta pizza, sallad eller bolognese. Skulle uppskatta flera restauranger vid hotellet. Tråkigt med råttor som springer runt ibland.

This is a terrible property ... completely false advertising. NOT family friendly. For a family of 7, with 3 toddlers and 2 infants ... they made me reserve 2 suites as they claimed that we could not fit in one suite. While checking in, they said, ooops we made a mistake, yes you guys can all stain in one suite. When I asked about the refund for the second suite, they refused to even discuss it. This was paid in full 7 months in advance. Due to horrible conditions, rat infestation of the suites/premises ... we left after 2 days. Should not advertise for them on expedia.com!!?

Great location by the sea. Nice pool area and good snorkling. We got a lovely spatious spartment with an amazing sea view. Friendly staff and good communications if you want to go to Pula. Would love to come back!

Prisvärt under lågsäsongen. Reste med barn.

Gamla byggnader och skulle behöva fräschas upp, enda som var väldigt positivt var läget, utöver det skulle jag inte bokat de igen. Bra resturang på området med trevlig personal och en butik brevid men den hade endast öppet till 14:00. Har ca 50 minuter att gå in till staden
