Upon arriving at check in, they attempted to scam me into paying for a cancellation fee twice, lied to me repeatedly and just dont treat the guests well. They kept my driving license as leverage, as they wouldn't check me into my room that i had fully paid for, due to a previous booking that had been cancelled, claiming dispite me inputting my payment details in order to book with hotels.com, and cancellation being thru them, the hotel lied and told me as the had reinstated the cancelled booking, i must pay them on site before they will give me the room i fully paid for. Lies, bs, no customer services, they lied to hotels.com and didnt listen to a word i said when explaining the situation. Hotels.com were also unhelpful, ignored me and my questions and made the situation worse not better. The stay other than that was great, cheap, beautiful location, amenties on site (expensive but convenient), and only 10minutes drive or 30minutes walk to town or shops. I dont understand how the pool is saltier than the sea, and also so full of chemicals, i avoided it entirely and stuck with the cleaner, gorgeous, clear sea, full of wildlife, i recommend snorkeling. Dispite only guests using the pool, the sun loungers and umbrelles require payment for use, and the attitude is you pay for everything possible, probably even breathing too much. Great destination, but would not comeback to this resort.

outdated, as if they were trapped in the eighties, in the last 25 years they did not invest 1 dollar in renovation,never again

Nice and spacious but a 3pm check in and 10am checkout is effectively half a day and stressful to get up and packed and out so early. Was a bit disappointing.

Vacanze in famiglia, appartamento sufficiente..... Bellissima vista mare letti comodi , il divano letto il materasso non era confortevole purtroppo, cucina con lo stretto necessario mancavano magari qualche utensile comodo...il bagno era senza finestra e gli scarichi erano maleodoranti. piscina bella e pulita.

Hébergement bien situé au bord de l'eau et dans un environnement naturel très agréable. je recommande

Il resort è magnifico con tutti i confort :piscina,ristoranti,colazione a buffet,market,bar ecc….comodissimo alla spiaggia ed immerso nel verde❤️

The Pools are salt water, and there is a LOT of salt in the water. Other thatn that it was perfect to us :)

Dejligt sted. Man skal dog forvente at det er lidt slidt, men pænt og rent. Fantastisk udsigt

Laid back ställe, fin miljö, bo på hotellet - välj rum med havsutsikt.

Great place for family vacation

Vi havde et dejligt værelse med balkon hvor der var udsigt ud over havet og klippekysten. Der er flere steder i området der trænger til renovering, det skæmmer lidt den smukke natur der er der omkring.

Helt greit sted. Basseng og tilgang på bading i sjøen trekker opp. Leilighetene er slitt og føles skitne. Bad og dusj er ikke særlig delikat. Få steder å spise i nærheten, man må inn til Pula sentrum. Det er ikke tilgang på vaskeri på resorten. Dette finnes i sentrum, så det får fint om man har bil. Vi hadde leilighet med sjøutsikt. Det anbefales over de uten sjøutsikt, disse ligger blant mye trær og har ingen utsikt.

Mycket trevligt barnvänligt hotell. Tillgång till både pool och bad från klipporna. Enda nackdelen är att restaurangen stänger 19:00. Lite för tidigt för oss. Vi hade bil på resan vilket gjorde att vi kunde ta oss enkelt till Pula för mat på kvällen. Kan rekommendera rum med balkong vid havet. Lite dyrare men helt klart värt det. Liten butik på området som har det man behöver.

Det var okay, mange trapper, særlig parkerings forhold ved bolig.
