The property is charming and unique in its own way. Very close to areas of interests.The staff was great especially Stella. She's a gem! Her customer service was superb! Very accommodating which made our stay more special.

Nach einer schrecklichen Nacht im Little Americas Texas Apartement, haben wir spontan im Opera Garden Hotel ein Zimmer gebucht und wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber, das Frühstück war üppig und sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Toll war abends auch die Dachterrasse und der Gratis-Sangria :)

Inicialmente fomos instalados em um quarto onde a internet estava com sinal muito ruim. Conversei na portaria e a recepcionista foi muito educada e atenciosa e nos propôs trocar de quarto no dia seguinte, o que fizemos. O quarto era ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom. Próximo de vários pontos turísticos, facilmente acessíveis a pé. As recepcionistas foram todas extremamente simpáticas e prestativas.

It would have been perfect but we got upgraded to a suite with the bedroom upstairs . Small . No way to get on or off the bed from the sides as it was squeezed in between walls . The stay could have been perfect . I’d recommend but do not accept the suite with upstairs bedroom

酒店整體應該是可以的，位置很好，清潔，前台服務很好，早餐一般，但可能我訂錯房間了，我我房間就在路邊，一門之隔，雖然有遮擋層在玻璃門和窗上，但感覺總是怪怪的，好像沒有私隱一樣，厨房在門邊，一開門就直望洗手間，如果沒關門沖涼，那途人就可以看見，晚上很吵，途人可能倚在你門邊聊天，一直到凌晨4，5時才會靜下來，房間是兩層的，但餐桌在閣樓，如果要煮食，就比較麻煩，所以訂這酒店，必須考慮我所說的，或者選擇其他房間。。。

The location was good in that it was about a 15 minute walk to the river and had restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were excellent as was the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was varied and a good standard. The only thing we didn’t like was the air conditioning; it was apparently set to heating at this time of year and wouldn’t cool the room which was quite warm, despite outside temperatures of 8 degrees. The unit was very noisy and so we had to turn it off regardless. However that meant opening the window and letting in noise from outside. Other than that we had a lovely stay, and really appreciated the free drinks and biscuits by the lift (tea during the day and mulled wine in the evening).

The hotel is very nice and clean and very well located. The staff was great providing us with everything from luggage keeping to buying tickets for Szechenyi and giving us towels and bathrobes for our spa day. Great option for could and families alike.
