Café da manhã deixa a desejar !! Acabou o pão, acabou não há reposição NÃO HÁ FRUTAS !!! Somente abacaxi em calda !!! Máquina de café por dois dias com defeito Enfim , para se ganhar tempo da para encarar ,mas se tiver tempo disponível um café fora fica bem mais em conta , e existem inúmeros locais para um café da manhã por perto Localização do hotel é o ponto forte , excelente perto de tudo !!!

Hotel bem localizado, quarto e banheiro limpos e como descritos, houve um problema com o ralo do banheiro que transbordou e inundou o banheiro, mas fomos rapidamente acudidos pelo funcionário que estava no dia 22 a noite, muito prestativo. No geral uma boa experiência.

Hébergement très propre, bien situé, à distance de marche de la Gare et du centre-ville de Sorento. Il y avait même un petit balcon dans ma chambre, parfait pour prendre l’apéro en profitant de l’ambiance de la rue! 😊 Petit déjeuner plutôt complet (café, jus, œufs, céréales, jambon, fromage et viennoiseries)

Hotel was comfortable however this time of year it is getting hot out and so rooms were very hot and the air conditioning was controlled by the hotel. So it was very hot in the rooms at night. Since it was right in the city, it was busy and noisy if window was open so just beware. I did ask to turn the air on but they outright refused, quite rudely. But it was still a great location, beds were comfy, and breakfast was great. Pool was not open this time of year either which should had been stated on the website. I still rated it 4 stars because it was reasonably priced for what you got.

Property was clean and a good central location for exploring Sorrento.Rooms were clean but small and noisy at night with traffic and the train travelling nearby. Staff were friendly but did not go out of their way to accommodate requests ie to turn AC on

Ett bra och trevligt hotell men väldigt lyhört. Det är oftast inget stort problem men när det bor en ungdomsgrupp (skolklass?) på hotellet blir det jobbigt. Första kvällen sprang dom mellan respektive rum, smällde i dörrar och var väldigt högljudda. Det lugnade sig åtminstone innan normal sängdags. Andra kvällen var det en ny grupp och värre, inte lika mycket spring men högljudd musik, skratt och sång. Och dom slutade inte förrän sent Tredje kvällen var det en bättre grupp men givetvis störde det när dom kom hem efter en utekväll, men dom skötte sig bra. Jag hade kanske otur, eller så är det ett populärt hotell för ungdomsgrupper. Jag vet inte, men var beredd på störningar, dessutom en vältrafikerad väg utanför med mycket trafik kvällstid och på morgonen, dock lugnt nattetid. Det blev mycket prat om störningar men det är det jag kommer minnas mest av vistelsen. I övrigt rent och fint och trevligt bemötande. Frukosten är okej men väldigt italiensk, på gott och ont. Två sorters vita småfranska men drygt ett dussin olika kakor

Very clean, sizeable room. Location is very good, 5 mins walk to train station and 8 ‘mins walk to city centre. Staff are friendly and well attended, enjoyed the little balcony with a great street view. The only downside is a little noisy. Will definitely recommend.

Everything was great, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice stay at Hotel Tourist. The room was clean and comfortable. It is located about a 5 min walk from the train station and about a 10 min walk to the main town center. A good breakfast is provided each morning. The only issue I can report is that they had turned off the air conditioning unit which includes the fan so you were not able to control that from your room as it showed on the screen that the controls had been disabled. Even though my stay was the end of October into the first week of November, there were a couple of days where during the middle of the day it became quite warm in the room with absolutely no air movement because of the disabled aircon unit. It really would not have needed the air conditioning running but just a fan to move some air around. I did have to go into town and purchase a small fan. It was comfortable in the evening after the sun went down, but several days during my stay If you came back to the room during midday it was uncomfortable. Other than that it was a pleasant stay and I would stay here again. Many places around Europe and Asia. I have found that regardless if when you are booking it states air conditioning they control it for cost saving.

We loved our stay at Hotel Tourist. Check in was quick and easy and reception staff were always friendly and happy to help. Our room was very comfortable and clean. It has great facilities, we loved the pool and also the pool bar. It’s perfectly situated for everything. It’s a very short walk to the train station and coach stop, and only a bit further into the town centre, so everything you need for food, shopping and wider travel is very accessible. The area felt very safe as well. We would absolutely recommend Hotel Tourist.

Jeg er veldig fornøyd med frokost. Høflige og vennlige personale. Svært god beliggenhet, på veien tilbake til hotell kan man kjøpe god matvarer.
