The staff were lovely. Large parking lot for our trucks with trailers. We really enjoyed it there. It would have been nice if the lounge stayed open later for those traveling all day and arriving tired and hungry later in the evening. But it was a great place to stay. We will stay here again.

The service was very good, but a couple of disappointing features were: beds that were so soft they sunk in the middle, and the carpet is so worn and shabby, it borders on disgusting. When you pay over $300 per night you expect a bit better than that.

Very friendly service, helpful when asked. Overall cleanliness okay but property should be upgraded in terms of finishes. Menu is old, pricing not accurate and not clear when ingredients not available and either omitted or substituted.

it was nice

I didn't stay. I had booked because of wildfires and didn't think I could get all the way to Peace River. I would gladly stay there at some point but it is very frustrating when you can't cancel when you are just trying to make it through a wildfire season. There is no option to rebook - in which case I would have asked to rebook for the trip back to Yellowknife.

Great restaurant and seating

Great staff, food portions have decreased since last visit (2024). Dining area understaffed at times. Overall good experience though.

Not necessarily the properties problem but our upstairs neighbours were doing their best elephant impressions late into the evening. Breakfast was good and the property met our needs well. It’s a hotel in a remote town on the highway. It is perfectly adequate. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at the Mirage, wonderful staff; very clean, very well-managed property. They had serviced the air units in each suite so we could not turn up the heat which was fine as the sleeping temp was perfect, we could have used one blanket tho, I suggest they put one extra blanket in the closets just in case it is cool.

Beautiful facility for highlevel. Enjoyed our stay, may have just been for a night but works stay here again if we return.

My kids loved the water park and we had no complaints about our stay. The staff were also very friendly
