Staff were fantastic on reception but the rooms were poor. Had snot on the walls, floors hadnt been swept and the half the electrics didnt work. Maid service came half way tgrough the week, changed the towels and made the beds, but again disnt sweep or mop.

Following a disagreement with my room mate, who became aggressive, I was treated badly & made to pay for another room the first night. Even though I had paid for the stay, not her! I then had to find another hotel. If I hadn’t had a grandson who could send me money I would have had to stay on the streets.. The room was paid for by me & I had proof of that!!

There was a strange fumes smell in my room so I went down to reception she said it’s from the garage in the basement and people know about it I ended up with a sore throat from it

AC leaked, even after being fixed! doors didnt close(room had obviously been flooded previously and all wooden skirting/architrave/doors damaged). Outside patio s did not lock! Bathroom smelled of pee!

The accommodation and facilities were all as expected BUT what was not expected was the noise and disturbance from the construction of the new high rise hotel about 50 metres from our balcony.

It's okay apartment hotel. Room was ok, somewhat outdated. The staff is friendly. WiFi was a bit unstable for the first couple of days. The TV was broken and needed to be changed. Unfortunately, that new TV wasn't working either….

Very friends staff , recommended the best room for the best view . Although we didn't stay at the club due to renovation we stayed opposite at BCL Beach and would pick this again due to the great sized 2 bedroom apartments

I booked for 2 nights. There was very loud building work noise behind block 2 I wasn’t informed about this! The patio door didn’t open staff was unhelpful

Has a good kitchen very clean and very friendly staff. Stayed 4 times this year. Booking again now.

The room was a good size. The shower pressure is amazing. The guy on reception is great and managed to let us check in early. The only downside was we both had late flights home so i messaged before arriving to ask for a late check out. Was told it would be €30 and to ask at check in. Asked at check in and was told again it was €30 and to come down the day before going home. So we came down the day before and the women on reception literally just laughed and said no chance . It would have been better if they just said that up front. The check out is 10am whcih feels very early

Great value for money in a great location.

The bathroom wasnt clean and full of black mould. Asked at reception a couple of times for it to be cleaned it never ws.

Great spot for few days in Benidorm, short walk to beach and main bars. Staff on front desk very helpful.

No a very clean room , bathroom mould all over walls and floors .sealant dirty around bathroom, dead bags stuck to walls

Air conditioning was good. View was good of the pool.

4 adults 2 bed apartment, good functional kitchenette, comfy beds, air con, reasonable sized terrace, great shower, clean and tidy, friendly staff, near the strip (10 mins) walk) but far enough to avoid the noise. Good size supermarket 5 mins walk Good value, 2nd time we've stayed here this year and happily come back again
