Polite staff they spoke english which is always a plus

Perfect location to the train and city and price was excellent for one night.

Bathroom flier is very slippery! and there are no rugs in there do be very careful. Good in the restaurant was just ok . Staff at the front desk was only ok. They didn’t smile to great you or to let you know things until you actually asked them . It was very close to the train station, just across the street . The street buses run all night so you can hear them.

Literally across the street from the train station. Very convenient for a solo traveller.

The location is right across the main train station. The room was clean however the mattress had a depression at the head side. I asked the front desk the next morning to rotate the mattress and they did but it houldn't have been used to start with. The decor is very dark and room was very small. Reminds you of hotel rooms shown in western movies. The reception area was also dark. Very depressing hotel. Can't figure out why it has such a high customer rating. I did not have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Overall we were happy with location and amenities. The only minus would be layout of twin room we were staying in. Very chunky wardrobe right at the entrance.

We got an early check in. Thank you very much. The bathroom was really nice and very comfortable bed. The room was very basic. Breakfast was great Saturday not so good Sunday, sadly. Overall quite satisfied. We did feel welcome but could be nice if the receptionists were smiling and more "approachable".

Excellent hotel. The decor in the room was a little bashed and battered but the bathroom brand new and spotlessly clean. Staff very nice and the breakfast was great, lots of choice which is unusual these days with a breakfast included in the price. Really enjoyed my stay. Only downside is the noise of the trams outside. However, it didn’t wake me at night so no problem really.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you are a light sleeper request room away from the Main Street as you can hear the traffic outside.

Central, convenient location. Room was good, beds comfy, good shower room - would recommend. Background traffic noise unavoidable in such a location but it died down at night and did not disturb my sleep.

Très beau bâtiment, à 2 pas de la gare, mais loin du centre historique. Éviter le 1. étage à cause des PAC dans la cours et le bruit des trams. Sur demande l’équipe m’a de suite changé de chambre, sans problème. Hôtel très propre.

Localização perfeita para quem chega de trem, só atravessar a praça e chegou no hotel, que tem atendimento 24h. Conseguimos chegar a todos os pontos turísticos a pé, sem necessidade de transporte público, para quem gosta de caminhar e conhecer tudo que a cidade tem para oferecer. Qt a café da manhã farto e com variedade essencial para um dia de muitas caminhadas.

The hotel is great, right by the train station. It's a calm 15-minute walk or a short tram ride to the center. The room was big and clean, with a spacious bath. Breakfast had enough choices so you won't go hungry. The 106 bus stop is 5 minutes away and goes to the airport. Overall, only good impressions!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to Old Town and all city spots. Rooms are clean and bed was very comfy.
