Excelente ubicación y limpio

Room and facilities were generally clean and at the top end of what you would expect given the price. A bed, toilet, and shower in the centre of Reykjavik was what we were looking for and that is what we got.

it was fine, but iceland is expensive anywhere else and this room is half the price

Fantastic location, management while not always on site, was available by phone in literally 30 seconds. Accommodating and I could not ask for a better location.

Service at front desk was excellent.

Room was very small, which was expected and ok. Shared bathroom was tiny, which was ok, but it stank very badly of urine, which made me question cleanliness throughout.

Walkable area, walked a few blocks to bus stop to cruise port terminal.

Good location. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Secure card entry after hours.

Helt grei overnatting med hyggelig betjening. Stort sett rent, men dusjen ser ikke bra ut... Gjestehuset ligger rett ved busstopp. Hvis du har bestilt buss til flyplassen, kommer en annen buss og henter deg her og kjører deg til flybussen. Beregn minst en time til flyplassen.

The room was possibly the worst I’ve stayed at in Iceland, stained pillow and mattress, shared bathroom/toilet/shower in one tiny area. It wasn’t cheap either. Fabulous location though I wouldn’t stay there again

Hotel cancelled reservation because credit card « did work » I was in transit therefore didn’t know there was an issue until I got there at 11pm. Couldn’t find another hotel( tried 4 hotels then gave up). Credit card was fine- Charged taxi back to airport $260 (more than the cancelled room charge) and no issues. I receive email with check in information from 101 guesthouse same day they canceled

My expectations were low, but I was satisfied with my stay. This place is older and basic, but it was clean and in a great location. If you are a light sleeper, be aware you will hear some road noise from the traffic. All and all I would stay again.
