Nice place but room could have been bigger

Guest house was in walking distance of everything and parking just across the road would stay there again

The property had scaffolding all around as the outside needed a refurbishment very scruffy But inside was ok, very comfortable bed and lovely powerful shower

Excellent room and location. As I was due to arrive on the bank holiday Monday, Sarah kept me well informed on how to check in. She was also in charge of house keeping, and reception duties, and managing maintenance -- she's a real star. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Stayed for one night here and can't fault it. The communication from the owner was good about access into the building. The room was spotless and more than brilliant. There is parking within 100 yards if you need it. And the shower. God the shower. I've stayed in over 1000 hotels over the years for work but never known a shower like it. Blooming thing nearly took my head off, not a bad thing lol. Highly recommend for a stay in Weymouth, you're literally 20 metres from the prom

Location - smack in the middle, 5 minutes to train and buses. Room small but not overly so. 3 step entry was fun late at night but that's more my big fingers than a problem. Microwave and mini fridge in room - useful.

Problems with Boiler, for Hot Water. It got sorted.

Our room was small but comfortable and clean. Facilities included TV, kettle and supplies, fridge and microwave. Plenty of hanging space and drawers. The property may need some TLC but security was good and the position close to the sea front couldn't be faulted. The owner was friendly and helpful, good value at the price.

The property inside was very dated and in need of a good deep clean, and outside was very shabby and needs to be painted. On saying that. the bed was comfortable and the bedding and towels were nice and clean and the lady that greeted us was very friendly

Great location, check-in was very easy, room was spacious and comfortable, comfortable bed. In general it was an easy and comfortable stay.

The room wad very comfortable, the bed was good. Finding the room had a fridge was very pleasing. The shower was good as well. The host was very helpful. We will definitely use again. Good value for money

The ad shows parking £3. It was not marked, and in the paid town parking lot, which was down the street and more than £3. I had to email to find out where to park. No breakfast in the morning as advertised, no mention of the change on the website, at the site, or in communication from the manager.

The room was fine for our two nights stay although the mattress in the single bed was hard probably more suitable for a child. The WiFi connection was extremely poor. If one needed the use of Wi-Fi it is definitely not the place to stay at. We did manage by connecting to nearby restaurants . The owner was pleasant and helpful.
