Polite , smart staff , clean warm rooms . Breakfast was good fresh, hot .Service was efficient and friendly. Great location for sightseeing and shopping in Canterbury.

Breakfast menu was good but the bacon was over cooked. Apart from that, all good.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé. On peut rejoindre le centre à pied. C'est très bien décoré, chaleureux et cosy. Le personnel est professionnel, attentionné et sympathique. Notre chambre était très confortable, la literie aussi et la salle de bains est agréable. Il y avait tout un choix de thés, cafés et chocolats chauds. Le bar de l'hôtel est très sympa aussi. L'entrée par derrière, à travers un petit jardin est toute mignonne. C'est tranquille et chouette.

I don’t think I should have to request that our room be serviced, it should be standard procedure unless I request otherwise. When I did ask for it to be serviced I returned at 11pm and nothing had been done!

La chambre était très propre,le personnel très aimable et au petit soin, très bon petit déjeuner, nous avons diner 2 fois au restaurant de l’hôtel et pareil très bien.franchement nous y reviendrons avec plaisir de plus l’hôtel est à 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville

The staff at the hotel are wonderful. Professional, warm and accommodating.

Room was poorly laid out which made it feel small. No sound proofing. Staff were very courtious and helpful.

Reception staff were very pleasant, professional and helpful. The parking wasn't THAT easy because it was quite full at times and this was due to the restaurant in the hotel being VERY popular; both at weekends and during the week (no criticism from me and my wife). Reasonably convenient to Canterbury town centre from a walking POV

The room was quiet, clean and spacious. The full english breakfast kept us going all day and there was plenty of choice for every taste. We had the carvery and it was delicious, definitely worth trying. All the staff were friendly and made us feel welcomed during our stay. There us a large car park at the rear of the property. The location was great, we walked into Canterbury within 15 minute. If we beed to return to tue area, we will definitely come back to the Victoria.

The staff were so friendly which made our stay! Our room was a great size and really clean! Food in the restaurant was lovely!

This hotel has lovely staff, who are very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean and had everything you needed. The restaurant was very good, it has a bar area where you can sit to have a drink. The breakfast was very good, so hot and fresh. I would say it could do with a little luck of paint in areas but I will definitely go back. It is a short walk into the town, so you are away from all the noise but close enough to walk there. I must say it had all his Christmas decorations up and it looked very festive.

La chambre n'etait pas tres grande mais fonctionnelle. En revanche, l'hotel est proche d'une route tres passante, c'est un peu bruyant la nuit.
