Our stay at the hotel was fine! However, it is classified as a 4 star hotel in the booking site. This rating is incorrect given the facilities available. For example the booking site mentions daily cleaning services. Or towel service. It is not there. You have to ask for new towels at reception. You cannot control temperature in the room - no airco, no heating setting available. Communication with staff: members were struggling with speaking German. Being Dutch we manage several languages but these - foreign - workers clearly did not manage languages well. Hence it makes it all feel a little bit distant. All things are "required" if you want to maintain a 4 star classification. It is now 3 star at most which is still fine and good enough!

First night we were put in an inadequate room not as shown in picture - small with bed against wall and curtains not fitting. When we complained we had to wait to second night to be put in proper room which was then good

Biz bir gece konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık, yatak çok rahattı çok güzel dinlenmişiz. Akşam geç saatte giriş yaptık otele, lobideki çalışan beyefendi çok güleryüzlü ve çok ilgiliydi. Tam fiyat performans gerçekten gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz. Biz kahvaltı almadık o yüzden yorum yapamıycam. İşinizi layıkıyla yaptığınız için teşekkür ederim.

Best best best I love it. Super comfy clean and feel like 5 starts hotel. Price is super cheap. Staff was friendly. They had AC, clean room even detox water. I loved it. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice staff

The hotel is a bit out of town and has an impersonal feel to it, more like a student dorm than a hotel. The staff at reception were not the friendliest that I have seen. On both mornings before breakfast, I was told that my 'breakfast was not included', despite making it absolutely clear and confirming on arrival that I had paid for breakfast. Endless maze-like corridors to get to the room. Is this really a 4 star hotel?!

Excellent

The room was huge with great climate control and natural lighting. The only issue was the tap in the bathroom was too short and I could barely fit one hand between the tap and sink.

Location is excellent and room is massive.

Unfortunately, the hotel was advertised as a four-star-hotel but only reached three-star-hotel standard at the most.

Insgesamt war das Hotel eine gute Wahl. Liegt nah an der U-Bahn. Man kommt überall gut hin.
