Café da manhã com poucas opções mas bom, quarto bem limpo, equipe bem educada. O ponto negativo é o WI-FI oferecido que não funciona no quarto, possui uma Smart TV mas não consegui usufruir pois o sinal é super fraco e cai toda hora, minha sorte foi que eu peguei um chip de celular ilimitado.

Breakfast was good. It was in limited quantities though. We came to breakfast around 10 Am the next day and only srambled eggs left. When I asked about the suasage since there was a small piece left inside the dish warmer they said no more. Bread selection was ok although not much. Overall it was descent. The room is nice and clean. Linens smell so clean amd freshly laundered. Only one problem , the floor drainage is open and you can see the water flowing from the sink or bathtub. Front desk are very nice especially Barbara who is always pleasant and friendly. She helped us with transportation to the cruise terminal. Speaks good English too. Thank you

The hotel was really good from check in, friendly staff, cleanliness, great breakfast, and location. My only frustration was the wifi inside the room. It works when I’m standing by the door but goes out when I walk farther from the door. If you are working remotely, just go and access wifi from the lobby or dining area.

Hotel in Recoleta neighborhood. Walking distance to famous cemetery. Neighborhood restaurants great. Bakeries close buy and delicious. Hotel very helpful. Set up pick up from port and to airport. Reasonable prices and new pickup would be there. Called to check a few days before pick up and morning of ! Would stay again

O quarto é ótimo e muito espaçoso. Ótimo café da manhã. Excelente localização e equipe de funcionários muito simpática. Porém, tivemos um problema na fechadura do quarto e ficamos trancados pra fora por mais de 40 minutos, sem que os funcionários soubessem o que fazer.

Lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful, and arranged transportation for us from our cruise ship and later, to the airport. Breakfast was excellent. Great stay, and very convenient to good restaurants and other things.
