No strong wifi in the living room. No wifi at all in the room. No communication. No hot water after 1 person taking shower

Great place to stay, very well maintained for an older building. Ammenities are fantastic and room was very spacious. The property is will sign posted with directions and rules but the management is not overbearing or enforcing so the respect at the property is very high and well respected. The manager Roy is a great host and made us feel welcome and helped us a lot. Thanks Roy, you’re amazing!

Roy, the desk clerk was very friendly, helpful,and had a great sense of humor.

There was mould all over the walls and when asked to have the room change they said they can't. Absoluting terrible

Lovely Older style 2 brm apartment, Beautiful Ocean Views .Big enough for a family. Could do with an upgrade though perfect for a week or weekend. Tram is outside to go to Broadbeach or Surfers or just walk which is around 4 blocks. Perfect for a relaxing weekend.

Great location. Walk to beach,corner shops,tram station, views of beach,city skyline,and mountain range.

Lovely Gardens, Pool and BBQ Areas. Roy the Manager was very helpful. Views of the River and Ocean were beautiful. Rooms were just tired and dated.

Excellent location, few minutes to bus stop and Northcliffe station for the Glink tram. Approx 15 min walk to Cavill Ave, 1 block to beach. Really spacious, clean, little dated but totally sufficient. 2 balconies. Comfy beds and the 2 singles are spaced away from the adult room. Handy with kitchen and laundry. Only negative is the hot water pressure is not great, and erratic so showers are better one at a time. Facilities are great-indoor warm pool, spa and sauna with outdoor pool as well. Mini tennis court. Wifi was ok. Chickery chick around the corner with dominoes 2 blocks down. Bring cooking oil, salt, sugar, baking paper/tin foil etc. We didnt use bbq facilites but saw other people using them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view but flood lights from hotel sign lit up the balcony and rooms. The bathroom floor wasn’t very clean but overall enjoyed staying there as it was close to everything and hassle free.

Good location, quiet, easy access and good facilities. Apartment needs a makeover.

The unit was a decent size and the hotel was walking distance to everything we wanted.

Close to the beech and restaurants. Nice view of the city

The place requires refurbishment throughout and smells mouldy throughout, torn carpets and marked walls place is very run down!! Slidung doors jam and bathroom needs attention.

We had a great stay. Property is close to everything. It was nice and quiet and the Staff were lovely and the amenities were great. Would totally recommend to family and friends.

今回大人2人子ども2人（7歳、4歳）で2泊しました。サーファーズパラダイス中心部からは少し距離があります。レンタカーがある場合は問題ないですが、中心地から少し離れている為交通の便はあまり良くありません。ビーチには近いですが、波が高いので遊泳は禁止でした。波打ち際や砂浜で子どもは遊んでいました。建物はこじんまりとしており古いですが綺麗にしてあります。バーベキューピットを使いたかったのですが、故障しているようで使用できず残念でした。 カウンターが開いている時間が決まっており、それをきちんと連絡していなかったのでチェックインの際に大変でした。カウンターが開いていない時間は無人で、外のインターフォンを押すとインターフォン越しにチェックインの仕方を説明されます。英語がきちんと理解できれば問題ないのですが、英語のやり取りに自信がない方はカウンターが開いている時間をきちんと確認され、時間内に行った方が良いと思います。日本語を話せるスタッフはいません。 カウンターのお姉さんはとても親切な方で、オススメのビーチを教えてもらったり、とても話しやすい方でした。 お部屋のキッチンや冷蔵庫、洗濯乾燥機など問題なく使え、快適でした。

Our apartment was outdated but the view was great. It was also right by the beach and the flags. Surf club also did greet food. Staff were friendly and helpful.
