Super dusty room that had my boyfriend coughing and sneezing constantly only when we were in the hotel. The mattress was absolutely horrible and springy. You get what u pay for. Good for the cost

Quarto bom, atendimento bom. Mas o banheiro deixa muito a desejar. Quase não tem como se mover lá dentro, chuveiro medíocre e não tem sequer suporte para deixar as coisas. Também não fornecem sabonete. É como se ninguém fosse tomar banho ali. Mas a localização é boa e o atendimento e conforto são ok.

The staff specially Marcello was really a good host with us during the check in process. He explained everything and recommend us nice restaurants around tha area. The only complain was that when i booked the room I did not Notice it said "Shared Bathrooms" because when you click the photos you do see bathroom inside the room. But everything was clean and neat.

Had a wonderful stay from October 2–7, 2025. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was comfortable, and the shared facilities were consistently clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Loggia Fiorentina for anyone visiting Florence!

Is a good location and safe near the train station.

The property itself was not terrible, but the check-in process was a complete nightmare and the staff was extraordinarily rude

We booked a room labeled “private shower” I guess shame on me for not realizing toilet was not included in that. The second you walk in there’s a flickering light over head dimly lit and it does not get much better from there on. As we were checking in the concierge was an odd bird and kept making suggestive jokes to my wife. As a traveling American this was not what we were used to it was definitely more of a hostel type environment with shared bathrooms. My wife and I ended up staying with her parents as I ate the cost of this “hotel” because it was so dirty and scary. Ended up booking a separate hotel room for the last night we were there we just couldn’t do it.

Cafés e restaurantes por perto, próximo ao centro. Nenhum funcionário para atender. Proibido o uso do elevador. Escadas gastas e escuras, perigosas para deficientes ou idosos. Box do banheiro vazando na hora do banho deixando o banheiro todo molhado.

Camera con vista cieca su un interno struttura. Odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno. Assenza di prodotti per l'igiene personale.

Desde el día que llegamos la experiencia fue negativa, no tenían asensor, estábamos con muchas maletas que tocó subir por las escaleras. Una persona del grupo se cayó en ellas provocándole una fisura en el tobillo, situación que la obligó a usar muletas durante un mes, sin contar con la difícil movilidad de la ciudad. El secador de pelo estalló en la oreja de otra persona del grupo, afortunadamente no le generó ninguna complicación, pero hizo un corte de luz de aprox. 25 min. El inodoro estab por fuera de la habitación y no decía en la descripción esto, no tenía jabón para cuerpo.
