Muy bueno pero un poco lejos del centro

1 star deducted for the warm water issues - we stayed a total of 3 nights, and there was no warm water from the shower on the 2nd and 3rd night. 1 star deducted for the lack of proactiveness to provide heads-up to the warm water issue. We passed the reception when we returned to the hotel on the 2nd night, and the receptionists greeted us. One of them (a guy) later informed me that they were facing water heater issue after I asked about the lack of warm water in our shower. My wife had to shower in cold water (after spending a day in sub-zero temperatures) since she had already shampooed her hair before realising there was no warm water. She had been coughing from that night till now, 4 days after we’ve checked out. 1 star deducted for the receptionist (a lady) on the 3rd night for wilfully refusing to acknowledge the warm water issue until a staff came to our room to verify that there was indeed to warm running water in the shower. 1 star deducted for the lack of amenities (for a 4-star hotel).

Run down property. Scalling in washroom and toilet.

Ich bin selten so freundlich und kompetent empfangen worden. Zimmer sehr sauber und komfortabel. Eine schöne Lobby und Bar. JEderzeit wieder!

Good cheap hotel. Sauna on top floor which is always a bonus after stretching your legs around Salzburg which is a 20 minute walk to centre from hotel door. Good stuff.

Clean room convenient location

Nous avons apprécié la variété et la fraîcheur du petit déjeuner. Le personnel était très gentil et disponible pour répondre à nos interrogations.

Incredibly old hotel at a very step price. Not the next choice of selection considering alternatives.

Rooms were clean. Buses very convenient to all sites. Nice shopping mall across the street with a Billa Plus. A real find for the price.

Hotel was a good choice for our purposes. We found the bedding too hard and were given only one pillow each. The hotel is stingy with amenities, for example you only get two instant coffees for the room. After that you pay. The staff was always helpful when we asked questions. As a tourist one should familiarize oneself with the public transit system. It was super easy to go to all the sites once we understood that, and the hotel is well situated to use it.

The property was located at a very busy intersection. Road construction limited the access to the property. The rooms were very small and cramped. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

Main reception is poorly staffed. You have to look around to get the attention of staff. Not particularly welcoming. Our room key didn’t work at the end of each day needing to be reprogrammed. The hotel itself is close to transport and walkable around Salzburg.

Beliggenheden var god, men hotellet var ikke helt nemt at finde, da indgangen lå på en ensrettet vej, og det var ikke ret tydeligt at det var der man skulle køre ind. Det er et lidt slidt hotel virker det til, men der er pænt og rent. Sengene var lidt hårde, især den ekstra seng vi havde fået, og så var aircondition ikke så nem at få til at virke. Hvis man ikke er fan af at den man deler værelse med kan se ind til én når man er i bad, og heller ikke bryder sig om matteret glas ind til toilettet, så skal man vælge et andet hotel. Morgenmaden var ret god og meget alsidig, og personalet var meget serviceminded. Alt i alt et fint hotel hvis man bare skal være der et par dage.

Bokade två nätter för att turista i Salzburg. Har gladeligen valt BW hotell tidigare då dom haft relativ bra fräschet och standard. Känns numera dock som att en del av kedjans hotel har halkat efter lite. Positiva saker med rum/hotel: + Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam + Hotellet erbjöd gratis bussbiljetter + Finns busshållplats strax utanför hotellet + Rummets storlek (riktigt stort rum) Negativa saker med rum/hotel: - Rummet upplevdes som dåligt städat men det var inte pga dålig städning. Den gamla röda heltäckningsmattan har sett sina glansdagar och går nog inte att städas ren, byte bevövs. Duschkabinen likaså. Dags att byta ut den, rost och å behov av renovering, Parkering fanns mot betalning, infarten var dock inte helt optimal.
