Bra beliggenhet i rolige omgivelser. Jacuzzien virket og holdt en god temperatur. Frokosten enkel, men god. Rommet var litt lite, men fungerte bra for et par overnattinger. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Good location and friendly Staff but the rooms are just to small for a longer period of stay.

Conveniently placed, walking distance bus station, beach and «city center». That is about it.

Excellent stay all round

Perfect Location in the old town. Also there ist a huge parking lot only a few meters away. The bed was very good, the shower also. A wardrope would be nice, the jacuzzi in the rooftop with that amazing view ist Superb. But the best is the great staff.

It was a lovely place to stay. The room was equipped with a hairdryer and a TV, and there was no need to use a key to get into the room, which was very convenient. The internet was available, and the most important staff member was well-informed about the town and offered helpful recommendations for attractions.

Amazing from being to end Fernando the owner is there daily Staff couldnt do enough for you ...i have to mention Alexandro and Irene who helped me all the time ...and also helped book my next visit in May ...i was allowed to upgrade my room with costs of course The rooms very very modern and clean with everything you would expect Fitness and jacuzzi on the roof terrace ...views very good ...pool towels provided in your room Recetion small but has everything you need ...drinks ...tea etc plus vending machines and the much needed umbrellas ..as it rained a few days ... Good location ...plenty of restaurants and bars ...plus the square a few hundred metres away Not very far to lido if you want a big pool for a few euros A shopping mal about 15 mins walk Bus station 10 min walk ...here you can travel all over the island ...remember to purchase a bono card to cut the price of your journey This hotel is a little gem ...and i dont want to tell everyone incase its fully booked when i want to go xx Thankyou Fernando and staff

Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt in der Fußgänger Zone und es war ruhig ,sauber angenehm Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Hotel rooms were very clean modern and in general soundproof. Staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and personable. Thoroughly recommend.

Buffet breakfast

A lovely 2 star hotel in the old town. Comfortable bed, great shower and breakfast is good if you take it. Only grip was lack of storage …a few more hooks and maybe shkef would help

Very clean hotel with helpful staff

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à taille humaine : -emplacement idéal dans le centre, dans une rue calme -Balcon et Spa très agréables -Petit déjeuner : correct mais pourrait être amélioré —> Pas très varié, manque de la pâte à tartiner, les jus de fruits de la machine ont le goût de médicament -Petit bémol pour les oreillers très durs -Le personnel et les femmes de ménage sont très sympas, souriants et au petit soin Je recommande et reviendrai les yeux fermés

Es un hotel muy agradable en una calle preciosa de Puerto de la Cruz. No he desayunado ningún día pq me parecía demasiado caro teniendo en cuenta las opciones que ofrecían los locales de alrededor. Lo único que no me ha gustado es que la habitación individual no tenía puerta en el baño y a pesar de estar muy limpio, el olor de toda la habitación no era totalmente agradable.
