Ein an sich modernes Hotel, das schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Hier und da ein paar Schrammen oder unsaubere Ausbesserungsarbeiten... Manchmal sinnfreies Innendesign wenn man z.B. die Hände fast nicht mehr unter den Wasserhahn bekommt. Zimmer waren ansonsten gut. Frühstück wirkt erstmal solide, jedoch kaum mit Abwechslung und auf den zweiten Blick auch mit einigen Minuspunkten: Cappuccino schmeckt schrecklich (Maschine bringt schlichtweg keinen Milchschaum zustande), Orangensaft schmeckt sehr künstlich, frisch aufgefüllter "Obstsalat" schwimmt im Zuckerwasser der Konserven. Für Eltern mit Kindern: Im Frühstücksbereich existiert genau ein Kinderstuhl. Zur Umgebung: Direkt vor der Haustür ist es nicht sonderlich hübsch (Hauptstraße), aber innerhalb von 5 min ist man inmitten eines recht hippen Viertels mit "Food Market" und weiteren guten Restaurants - wer abends nicht im Zentrum essen möchte. Anbindung an selbiges ist sehr gut mit Metro und diversen Tram Linien.

We were in room 216 - not bad at a glance but the sink tap is misfired almost as if spirit levels were not present, there is paint peel above the bath and as soon as we checked in someone wanted to hover just outside our room. The checking was done with due care and diligence- but the management could avoid guest’ annoyance if there’s supplied extra reception staff maybe around 2 -4 pm… the wait at checking and the unfinished room makes tour hotel not worth 200 euros per night

The hotel was very clean and the service was good, bathroom and room were in good condition. The WiFi however was very bad, they gave me 4 different WiFi logins, but at around 8 pm all Wifis are

Check-in unkompliziert, Zimmer sauber und schön eingerichtet. 5 Minuten zu Bus und Metro. Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker. Top.

Beautiful hotel with less than a five minute walk to catch the train or bus. Lots to see and do close by. Very friendly staff and breakfast was excellent

The heater is not working properly. Housekeeping did not refill the shower gels

The hotel was amazing and in great location. Reception manager was very nice and helped us with all our needs. Highly recommend that hotel.

Great hotel for a central stay in Prague. The location of the hotel is very clos to the Andel metro station and the yellow line takes you directly from the airport to this stop. Also, the metro takes you to the Mustek station which is close to the old town and the Karls Bridge, in under 10 minutes. Very friendly and nice staff at the reception. Room was spacious and very clean. The large bed, the coffee machine, complimentary water bottles and good quality shower products made the stay very comfortable and nice. I would definately stay again and truly recommend the hotel.

Complessivamente la struttura è ottima ed anche la posizione è comodissima. La fine dei lavori nell'area circostante la renderanno ancora migliore.
