Ni agua ponen en la habitación y el personal dd recepción muy poco receptivo, no hay relacion en cuanto a la gran cantidad de Euros que pague, por el servicio que recibi

This is my first time staying in a Barcelo hotel. And I deeply appreciated the quick check-in and the options for a breakfast and or half board.

Es ist ein modernes und sehr sauberes Hotel. Sehr gut war das zugehörige Parkhaus für ca. 20 €/Tag. Mit der nahegelegenen U- und S-Bahn Station haben wir mit einem 3 Tagesticket, alle Ziele in Prag sehr schnell erreicht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Halbpension würden wir nicht mehr buchen, da es in der Umgebung auch zahlreiche Gaststätten gibt. Hier hätten wir typisch tschechisch essen können. Das Abendessen, war eher kantinenmässig.

Simple, clean, quick lifts, friendly and helpful staff, relatively convenient location, very basic breakfast options (not much vegetarian/vegan choices)

Von der Rezeption bis zum Restsurant ,war auseordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend.Das Personal war war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich. Das Früstücksbuffet warausgezeichnet und vielfältig.Gute Parkplatz. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

Nettes Hotel. Frühstück und Abendessen waren gut und die Auswahl ok. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht so toll. Im Bad war die Ablage kaputt und der Türstock vom Wasser aufgequollen und schimmelig. Die versprochenen Freigetränke haben wir nicht bekommen. Erst bei Abreise, als ich nachgehakt habe, wurden uns 2 Wasser gegeben. Lage ist toll. Ums Eck fahren Metro und mehrere Busse. Sind nur 3 Stationen zum Zentrum. Parken war in der eigenen Tiefgarage möglich. Allerdings mit über 20€ pro Nacht auch nicht gerade günstig. Alles in allem: für eine Städtereise ok. Hatte schon Besseres, aber auch wesentlich Schlechteres

The staff was helping and professional. Wish we had more time there, but they had everything we needed and room was very comfortable.

One of the worst experiences I have ever been through, my room reservation was changed without informing me and they replaced it with a small room, I arrived with my family at 2 am because my plane was delayed and when I arrived I was surprised that my room was replaced with a smaller room and they forced me to put an extra bed in the room and I had no other choice because we were very tired. Also, my family and I were treated racistly, their treatment was very bad especially during breakfast and especially from the head of the kitchen, she was treating me racistly. When I left the hotel they forced me to pay 500 euros for the extra bed, they scammed me with all impudence and audacity, they charged me for changing the towels and bed covers because of my young children, it is impudence and fraud, I do not advise anyone to book in this bad hotel
