Always a great hotel plus perfectly located, walk to restaurants and shops

Great place!

It was very clean and neat.the people that worked there were very helpful friendly and could not do enough for you to make sure you had everything you needed and your stay was enjoy able 😊 the staff was amazing.I had the best time .They evenlent me a wheelchair so my friend could get where we wanted to go.

It was in many ways great. Great location. Poor mattresses Dog barking all night our 1st night there. It took hours for vomit to be cleaned in the elevator and hallway. Our last night there kids were running up and down the hallway and slamming the doors. The best part of our stay was it's location. We will not be staying there again

Located right in the heart of thr historic district

Nice breakfast - love that it is close/practically in the middle of the historic downtown.

Nice place but numerous maintenance issues. The shower door leaks badly. The caulking around the shower inside and outside is a mildew color. The sink and tub drains are clogged. The Men's room on the second floor does not close properly because of damaged door hinges.

Great hotel to stay at! Lots of local attractions with a great restaurant and ice cream parlor right around the corner. Unfortunately i heard fernandina is gonna start doing paid parking which will definitely ruin the vibe of a small retreat as they obvioulsy transistion to a bigger city feel.

Our stay was great. The hotel and surrounding were kept and looked great.the staff eas very helpful and courteous to our needs. It us perfectly located for he area, we were able to walk to everything in the area.

Room size and friendly front desk employee were better than expected.

Friendly and efficient staff. Hotel is a bit tired and could use an update. Tub stained, furniture worn. Train goes by very close to hotel and very morning before 6 am. Kind of them to give you ear plugs.

I did not realize that every room was pet friendly. Even after I was assured my room had been deep cleaned after every pet stay, it smelled like a kennel in my room. When I called front desk, they immediately assumed I don't like dogs. I like dogs! I just don't want to sleep in a kennel. Other than that... the hotel was great!

It was. A great location close to everything. The only drawback is a train that runs about 50 yd away from the property in the morning 5:30.am
