We booked a room specifically with a sea view and balcony (the balcony was mentioned on the Expedia website in the room details) and when we arrived, they gave us a small room with no balcony. The receptionist couldn't help us with a different room straight away that evening, but said she would speak to the manager in the morning. Expedia customer service also helped and called the hotel directly. The manager upgraded us to a sea view suite with balcony the following day, which made a huge difference to our experience and we were very appreciative.
I highly recommend that Expedia changes the information on their website, as they put the hotel in a difficult position.
