Das Hotel hat in unterschiedlichen Gebäuden Zimmer. Mein Zimmer war leider abends nicht sehr ruhig. Da wohl nach Ende der Kinovorstellungen und auch sonst am Wochenende die tagsüber sehr ruhige Straße laut und belebt wird.

Highly recommend this hotel! A sweet small boutique hotel on a quiet street. Staff was so welcoming! Fabrizio was kind to listen to me struggle through my little bit of Italian I know. We stayed in the Hotel Diana annex (Rm #40) and it was VERY nice. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. You can't ask for more.

Lucca is a very charming community. With lots history, shops and restaurants. the staff and accommodations at hotel Diana made our stay all the better. We would highly recommend others to seek out Hotel Diana for others while staying in Lucca Italy.

Beautiful property tucked away in quiet area. Fabrizio was there to greet us and our room was ready even though we were early. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Live the area, would definitely go back to the Diana Hotel.

Silvia was a most hospitable host. Very attentive and easy to reach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Everything was close from the hotel, the staf was kindly and professional! Lucca is a very nice town with a complete wall around, at the evening we had a very nice dinner in the middle of the town!

Charmant hotel met unieke inrichting. Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Helaas geen onbijt beschijbaar door de aanwezigheid van een grote groep. Kamer op de gelijkvloers was wat luidruchtig en er misten anti-doorkijkgordijnen aan de straatkant.

Dietro il Diomo di Lucca, pensione centralissima con tanto di parcheggio. La struttura è semplice ma confortevole.

Great location

The hotel has a lot of charm. It is close to many visitor attractions in a quiet side street. It relates back to it's foundation as a hotel in the 1950s with atractive travel posters.the rooms are spacious with modern shower room and toilets. Ther is adequate storage for a short stay and a large comfortable bed. The reception is in another building one street away which is of historical significance to lovers of classical guitar and cello music. It is where Luigi Boccerini lived and worked.

Fantastisk hotel i centrum af Lucca. Tæt på alting. Meget smukt værelse. Stille og roligt. Dejlig morgenmads buffet. Vi parkerede på p-plads ved stationen. 10 min gang fra hotellet.

Great location, very private and quiet area. Room simple but bed comfortable, bathroom clean, and excellent air conditioning. Staff very helpful and friendly.
