The property is in a good location and secure. It needs some TLC but the staff is very friendly and helpful. A decent breakfast too.

Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Easy access to Cango Caves and Meerkat experience. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Welcome drink and warm welcome on arrival. The only minor issue we had was that we noticed quite a few ants in our bedroom in the morning. We would still recommend this place to others.

This is an oasis - the gardens are beautiful and the whole complex just has a quality feel. The reception kept in touch with me ahead of my arrival and made sure that I was looked after upon arrival. The room was very nice - big enough for what I needed - clean and well-equipped. This is a delightful place to stay with lots of nice touches to welcome you and add to your stay.

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang ließ den Aufenthalt beginnen, es wurde alles erklärt, die Zimmer sehr schön und noch ein paar Sonnenstrahlen am Pool genossen. Für unser Abendessen würde kurzfristig in einem nahegelegenen Restaurant ein Tisch organisiert, einfach perfekt. Das Frühstück war sehe gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We loved our stay here! A good location for us and walking distance to some very nice restaurants. The service from the staff was excellent, and it was such a lovely room.

Ich verstehe nicht wie die Bewertung bei 9,4 sein kann. Ich hatte ein Economy zimmer. Das Hotel wird mit 4 Sterne beworben. Die Bilder sehen super aus. Leider ist die Realität anders. Es wurden wohl alle außer Economy renoviert. Also entweder hier gar nicht buchen oder die 10 Euro für das nächst bessere Zimmer ausgeben. Das Zimmer das wir hatten war im Vergleich zu anderen auf unserer Reise in 3 Sterne das schlechteste. Eingangstüre hatte extreme spalten. Badetür dagegen keine sie ließ sich nämlich nicht schließen. Steckdosen sucht man vergebens nur da wo der Fernseher eingesteckt ist ist auch eine. Bad und co sieht einfach nur sehr herruntergekommen aus und hat dementsprechend Flecken usw. Dusche hat 2 drehknaufe welche nicht wirklich gut funktionieren. Es gibt kein kühlschrank nur eine gemeinschafts minibar im Flur. Alles extrem hellhörig da auch nur sehr alte Fenster (einfach verglast und mit sperriegel und spalten) Naja wie gesagt ist Economy was auf dem Bild nicht schlechter wie die anderen Kategorien aussieht. Aber es ist leider kein Vergleich und sehr enttäuschend. Für die hälfte vom ged hätte ich wo anders den gleichen Standard bekommen. Sehr schade und enttäuschend. Ich hoffe ich kann anderen damit vor einer Enttäuschung bewahren.
