The room was presented well, perfect for an overnight stay. Tv, mirror, comfortable bed and breakfast included - didn't have as woke up too late. However I disliked the bathroom - the hot water tap was extremely hot and kept dripping even when turned off. The shower I hated, small and narrow - the doors came off when trying to come out the shower. Only a overhead shower from the ceiling, no handheld shower so water was peristently crashing down onto my head, felt like I was drowning - awful!

I've stayed here often. The rooms are all individual which gives the place a certain quirkiness. Thw staff are fantastic, they always at hand and can never do enough for you.

The room was clean but very dated, staff were friendly, breakfast was not very warm as we stayed there 6 night's it would have been nice to have had at least 1or 2 hot ones. The car park was none existent as you were not allowed to park unless you were disabled so it cost us for 6 days in the BIC car park which came to £135.00 .

My wife and i have stayed here many times and its never disappointed. The staff as always brilliant. Lovely room. Smartv tv was an unexpected bonus. Definitely will stay there again.

Staff very helpful. Breakfast good. Room a little dated. Not enough clothes hangers and shower, while it had good pressure, was quite cramped. Traffic noise quite bad until late, even though it was 'out of season'. Good location.

Room was clean but a little shabby, very few amenities in the room especially for the price we paid and the lift was more than a little temperamental. Staff were absolutely lovely though! We were at the back of the hotel and got an awful lot of noise from a nearby bar on 3 of the 5 nights we stayed. The cooked breakfast was excellent but the continental options were very limited- mini croissants, cereal, plain yoghurt- no fruit or anything like that. Also finshed serving quite early on weekdays- no lie-ins for us!!

Loved this place. Opposite BIC so not far to go home! Hotel great communication after I altered room set up. It was exactly as I'd asked. They were so friendly, particularly on reception. Lovely large clean windows with pier/sea view. Will definitely stay again when attending BIC. Only quibble, very little choice at breakfast. Not a lot of healthy food, no fruit and coffee was odd. Cooked food was good.

Mit meiner 9jährigen Enkeltochter verbrachte ich 2Tage in Bournmouth, somit 1Übernachtung in diesem familiengeführten Hotel. Mit unserem Zimmer 203 im Erdgeschoss waren wir völlig zufrieden; es war alles da, was wir benötigten (incl Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Ventilator) und alles war sauber. Wirklich alle Personen am Empfang waren so hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Das Frühstück bestabd aus einem kleinen Buffet für Croissants, Marmeladen/Honig, Getränke, Obst. Anderes wie Full English Breakfast (auch vegetarisch) oder Eierspeisen standen auf Bestellung zur Verfügung. Spezielle Kaffeegetränke wären extra zu bezahlen gewesen. Auch hier war alles sauber und die Speisen gut. Ein zusätzliches Plus ist die absolute Nähe zum Strand, zum kleinen Ocenarium, Lokalen und der schönen Grünanlage "The Gardens" Ich würde das Hitel jederzeit wieder buchen.

C’est le pire hôtel que j’ai vu depuis 45 ans de voyage. La chambre n’est pas propre et le mobilier est complètement usé - les tapis très sales - si bien qu’on a pas déjeuner à cet endroit même si payé. Expédia devrait se dissocier de cet hôtel qui entache leur réputation.

Great location - very central and convenient for everything. Room was very small for price I paid but room was swapped when another one was available.

A very comfortable small room but adequate. Very nice breakfast and staff are truly amazing. Excellent location and neighbouring eateries. Major drawback is parking adjacent car park poorly maintained and not secure but very cheap £7 for 24 hours. BiC £22.50 for same period.

Easy check-in and warm welcome. Great view from room of the beach. Rooms a little tired but clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly
