Hotel location and security around area was okay, but after purchasing the unlimited parking pass to gain in & out access, the pass never worked and had to get a new one every time I came back to the hotel. The towels in the room never got replaced with new ones and the floors were very dirty because you can feel the dirt on the bottom of your feet after taking a shower and would need to get a towel to wipe the dirt off my feet before putting on my socks. Room service is quick, food is average but depends on what you order, but a little too pricey for the quality of food they offer.

AC malfunction, handle on toilet didn't work, was beoken. Had to take 2 elevators to get into the room. Won't be staying here anymore:(

Este hotel no entrego el cupon de bebida gratis. Olvide un estuche con articulos de baño lo reporte y extrañamente nunca lo encontraron.

La comida, el servicio del personal excelente solo que solo había un elevador y había que esperar mucho, lo demás excelente
