The property claims to be a haveli, but the old haveli is not used much for the average traveler as there is a common living area adjoining four bedrooms. So, most of the “ normal” rooms are in brand new buildings that are not havelis. The grounds are lovely and peaceful. The waiter in the restaurant improved dramatically with a small amount of guidance from one morning to the next. The front desk man who “arranged” our guided tour of havelis in Nawalgarh and Mandawa charged us a rather high price and neglected to tell us that it did not include a car!

Beautiful property, lovely comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff. We were given a tour of the old Haveli on the property as well as across the road. Situated on a quiet road, Nawalgarh is a must see town.

The staff was very nice and did eveything to make my stay comfortable. The Rajasthani food is quite nice. However, having said that, the price per night is a bit steep. For the same amount, I have stayed at much more luxurious and better located properties. I think the per night rate is at least 30% higher than what it should be. All in all, I did have a pleasent stay at Koolwal Kothi

Nur einen Wunsch mussten wir mehrmals wiederholen: Dass während des Sonnenuntergangs, wenn die Muezzins rufen und die Vögel und Insekten besonders intensiv zwitschert, das einmalige und unverwechselbare akustische Szenario nicht durch das lautstarke Einspielen von Popmusik zunichte gemacht wird.
