Even though the hotel was quite full, the lovely woman at reception was able to give me a room facing the beautiful church next door. Very friendly and professional team at reception.

Our room had the best view of the Alstadt Christmas market! We loved the property and the breakfast had a wonderful variety of choices.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, gutes Bett und Kissen, habe ich lange nicht mehr erlebt. Tolles Frühstück, sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter im ganzen Hotel.

The friendly and attentive front desk personnel. Greeted you with smiles and answered all my questions. The room was great, with all amenities. Right at the oldest Christmas market and Holy Cross Church. Will definitely return to this hotel.
