Fantastic location hotel, 1 minutes walk from the Bus and Train terminal. Located in a busy square of bars and restaurants. Good selection of food for breakfast. Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms. Definitely recommend staying!!

We attended for a conference and the hotel is very convenient just opposite the train station and the bus station. The room was ok size wise and clean. There no available plugs to charge the phone, we had to disconnect the table lamps. The breakfast is ok if you are not fussy with your food. In the last night of our stay there was a power cut at the floor level where we have been. Although they were aware of this, nobody came to fix the problem before we left the hotel. So no much light to see around. Dear Hotel manager, please clean the stair well carpet, it is in a bad state.

Fijn hotel voor een fijne prijs al kunnen er nog een paar dingetjes verbeterd worden op de kamer. Denk aan een kapstok, extra stopcontacten en een beter geïnstalleerd haakje voor de handdoeken. Deze laatste viel namelijk naar beneden.

Goed verblijf op prima lokatie, vriendelijk personeel goede basis voorzieningen en beetje geluidsoverlast van verkeer in tunnel. Aanbevolen voor kort verblijf

Aanrader voor overnachting dicht bij UU Leuven. Propere kamers en zeer goed ontbijt. Aandachtspunt: geen lift. Vriendelijk personeel

Vriendelijk personeel. Zeer goed ontbijt. Ondergrondse parking aan hotel. Kamer aan de kant van station veel lawaai. Volgende week logeer ik terug in hotel maar neem kamer op hoger verdiep dan is er geen lawaai.

Good location near Leuven railway station. Not optimal when traveling by car given limited parking availability in the vicinity of the hotel (only paid underground parking available). The hotel entrance isn't the most welcoming, but the rooms are okay and clean. Noise from the pub terrace may be disturbing in summer.

Een deur van de douchecabine was kapot, en was dat zo te zien al een tijdje. Zeer gehorig, veel geluid van naast- en bovengelegen kamers. Gastvrij personeel.

De locatie is top. Parkeren kan onder het hotel. We hebben op het terras heerlijk gegeten zowel ‘s avonds als ‘s ochtends. De bediening is heel goed en attent.

Hôtel bien situé mais bruyant:3me niveau par escalier très escarpé n est pas mentionné que l hôtel est sans ascenseur!! Placés au dernier niveau haut...bruit toute la nuit de l extérieur vibration sur les pavés des bus et voiture de l intérieur voix forts claquement de porte odeurs de cigarette et personnes en état d hebriete cela fait beaucoup un même soir!!..petit déjeuner correct cependant le bar restaurant et l hôtel sont joints même si pas sur le même plan..le petit déjeuner est dans une salle commune avec les clients de passage...le matin au lever plutôt gênant...non recommandé pour des personnes cherchant le repos ou un confort supérieur...hôtel à reprendre en insonorisation personnel aimable qui s efforcé de bien accueillir et d être à l écoute mais l outil doit être remis aux normes actuels dans un quartier de la gare qui est intéressant par son contraste modernité architecturale travaux gigantesques que la ville y mène et place monument avenue et anciens immeubles formant un tout charmant et singulier...

Net hotel op een centrale ligging. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

chmabre très bruytante, bruit de fond dans la chambre (probablement un problème avec le chauffage) et abscence totale d'isolement (on entend tout les mouvements et les bruits des chamrbes voisines)

Ideaal gelegen dichtbij station.

near bus station and train station, until 12.00 in the evening, the voices from street may disturb, but from 12 to 7, all good and good to sleep. narrow stairs, normal person will climb, but old and heavy maybe not. nor disabled. I liked the place.

Madame, Monsieur, J'étais arrivé vendredi 23 aout 2019 vers 18h00, accompagné de mon épouse. J'animais une conférence samedi 24 aout à partir de 10h00, jusqu'à 14h00. Je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit : chambre étouffante et sans climatisation, confort spartiate. Bruit assourdissant à l'extérieur aux terrasses situées au pied de l'hôtel MALON, le vendredi 21h00 jusqu' à 5h30 du matin le samedi.. Eveillé toute la nuit suite aux échanges verbaux, accompagnés d'une musique assourdissante mesuré à 84 décibels.... J'ai déposé une plainte à la police, samedi à 11h00 qui a reconnu que le quartier connaissait une vie nocturne incompatible avec les personnes désirant dormir la NUIT... Par conséquent, j'ai annulé ma réunion, étant dans l'incapacité de tenir raisonnablement l'ordre du jour de la conférence. Le public a bien compris mes ennuis. Il était fort déçu et navré de ce contre temps indépendant de ma volonté..... Ayant réservé ma chambre pour deux nuits, à MALON, j'ai quitté l'hôtel dès le samedi matin alors que les deux nuits ont été facturées. En compensation, je vous demande d'intervenir avec vigueur et efficacité ; < obtenir le remboursement intégral ainsi qu'un dédommagement couvrant les frais de taxi METZ ( France) à LOUVAIN ( Belgique) aller et retour soit 650 Km... Goede uitvalsbasis om Leuven te bezoeken. Het ontbijt was prima. Grote kamer. Wel een beetje warm.
