Very spacious and clean room within walking of restaurants, shopping and lovely park

This is a beautiful, historic building that is in a great, central location. The check-in and check-out processes were easy and quick. The only issue is that the hot water smells a bit of sulfur.

Amazing stay, had such a easy experience with a lovely host.

I loved my stay here and it was walking distance from downtown.

Loved how easy it was to walk to from the bus station. Host was accommodating and responsive. Lovely walk to urban park, Halgrimskirke, central shopping.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable, we were close to shopping and attractions. It was everything we needed and could have asked for!!! We will definitely stay there again!!!

Lovely apartment not far from the BSI and also a short walk or scooter journey downtown. Spacious property for two staying a week. Was tidy, practical and would highly recommend

The host was very kind and helped us find our room upon arrival. Cleaning service was very nice and asked everyday of we needed anything and always gave us new towels, more soap, etc. The room had heating, which was good since we were there in winter :) It was a reasonable price in Reykjavik for a room. No breakfast, normal sized hotel room containing a queen sized bed, a small desk and chair, water boiler and tea bags + creamer, sugar, etc. The house itself seemed quite large and looked a bit like a white fortress on the outside :) Our room was for two people and was reached from the side of the house. The floors got dirty after a few days of staying there, with us moving in and out everyday xD Otherwise it was a cozy stay! P.S. It is normal that the warm water smells sulphuric in Iceland.

A great place to stay. Super clean and very large. We had two bedrooms and a full kitchen. The heated floors in the bathroom were a wonderful surprise. Only a 10 min walk from the bus terminal. The host was very helpful. We were able to drop off our luggage pre checkin so we didn’t have to cart it around all day. Would highly recommend.

Great location..easy walk to the centre and bus station.. Check in very easy... When asked a question via the app..received answer straight away ...

外はとても寒いのですが、室内はとて心地よく暖めてあり、長袖Tシャツで過ごせるくらいでした。 室内もきれいにととのえてあります。今回２回目の滞在でした。前年はお湯だけしか使えなかったので、現地の温かい食べ物を食べることができなかったため、今回はミニキッチンのついた部屋を借りました。 現地のマーケットで、魚や肉を買ってきて焼いて食べました。 サーモンも美味しかったです。 とてもゆったりしていて、簡易ベッドを使うと4名までokな広さです。 バスタブ付きでしたから、オーロラツアーから心底冷えて帰ってきたあとには、本当に熱いお風呂が助かります。 BSiバスターミナルも歩いて10分もかかりません。ツアーのピックアップも楽かと思います。日本から行かれる方は、ティッシュを一箱持っていかれたほうが便利かも。 雪のある時期に行く方は、新聞を１部持っていくと、部屋の中がベチャベチャに濡れないと思います。 コーヒーや紅茶等も準備してあります。 ゲストハウスですから、自分たちである程度準備して行くことをお勧めします。 とても、居心地の良いゲストハウスです。

The room is much smaller than depicted in the pictures. It’s located next to a noisy street, and the door is extremely difficult to open.

Great location! Close walking distance to downtown! Easy street parking! Small but perfect for what we needed for a few days.

We had a great stay here. Was close to downtown and had good space in the two bedrooms.

Pleasant staff, appreciated ability to store our luggage before room ready. Convenient walk with luggage from BSI terminal.
