The room did not have air conditioning just a pedestal fan. Took a bit to cool off the room with the fan, opening the windows and keeping the door open. Otherwise, a very nice place as well as convenient location for the train station.

Wonderful staff and excellent location for what I planned to do there

Buena ubicación

Quarto limpo, cama pequena com cobertor embutido na colcha ou passava calor ou frio, não tinha sobre lençol na cama.

Hotel literalmente ao lado da estação dos trens regulares e exatamente em frente da estação do Bernina Express. Reservei um quarto de solteiro e adorei. Tinha até cafeteira. O quarto tinha varanda e uma vista linda para as montanhas. Ótimo café da manhã.

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. Very close to the railway station, so that was great for us. It was quiet and they allowed us to leave our luggage with them on checkout, until we were ready for our train.

Personal súper atento, la mejor ubicación enfrente de las dos estaciones de tren y un súper desayuno buffet y su restaurante super servicio y una pizza deliciosa la habitación y el hotel en general excelente

Cafe otimo

O quarto é muito bom (antigo mas bem limpo), tínhamos vista para a estação e montanhas. Exatamente como nas fotos, bem organizado e silencioso, por ser ao lado da estação.

Ubicación buena si deseas tomar el tren panorámico está justo en frente, habitaciones limpias y cómodas

Nos quedamos una noche para tomar Bernina Express, en ubicación es excelente ya que está enfrente. El desayuno bien y hay restaurante para comer y cenar. Tuvimos una habitación para 4 (dos adultos y dos niños) muy fría, muy chica, el baño muy encerrado, no olía bien. Las almohadas olían mal. Cumplió para una noche.
