Only complaint was no washcloths.

The service was impeccable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the restaurant, lounge and bar were excellent. I would definitely stay here in the future and highly recommend it.

lovely hotel - only gripe is the Gold Bar opening times - for a 4.5* hotel i’d expect the bar to be open all day, and stay open until midnight for residents.

Super fint hotel. Lounge baren er hyggelig og værelserne er lidt små, men har hvad man har brug for. Meget rene værelser og venligt personale.

I had an event within the hotel and can’t complain about anything. Hotel is great, staff are wonderful. Highly recommended. Great location and easy access to the station straight to the airport.

The best was being able to get early check-in after I explained my reasons ahead of time and they agreed to accommodate me

Som tidigare har våra vistelser på nobis varit bra ! Väldigt hög service nivå men inte som det har varit! Tappar lite med rörig frukost och lite slapp städning!

Hôtel was right in the middle of all the areas - from shopping, to the museums, to Gamla Stan. Trendy vibe with fun venues for a cocktail. Rooms were comfortable.

5 stars all round. Bonus room upgrade too. Amazing place.

Efter besøget mener jeg ikke man kan finde et mere centralt hotel for at opleve byen og shoppe. Derudover var det top niveau venligt personale, pænt, rent og nyt moderne indrettet.

Schönes,gepflegtes und sauberes Stadthotel. Gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Shoppingmeilen fussläufig erreichbar. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Bästa hotellet i Stockholm. Väljer alltid Nobis på Norrmalmstorg i första hand.

God Frukost, inget extra som de flesta andra hotell! Stor lampa i mitten av rummet, som vi kunde varit utan, mörkt rum, lite bättre belysning vore bra ☺️ fin Lounge m bra service.

Ganska mkt ljud från musik till 03:00 trots att vi fick ett tyst rum. Likaså ACn lät som om den var från 1900-talet. I övrigt ok men tyst rum var inte sant.

No VIP benefits were given what so ever, attitude of the staff was “we can’t give you the upgrade because room level that left is too high and we don’t have others….” Take it or leave it. We were given a horrible room where I had to climb over my friend’s bed to get to my bed and I was unable to get up at night to go to the toilet because no way of getting out of bed without climbing over other bed. Terrible

The hotel is located such that one can walk to a great many enjoyable sites, such as museums and entertainment venues.
