PRO: Ottimo hotel, stanze comode, insonorizzate, letto molto confortevole. Contenuto del frigo bar gratuito e rinnovato ogni giorno. Macchina Nespresso con 8 capsule rinnovate ogni giorno. Consiglio di aggiungere la colazione al DasLoft al 18 piano. Ottima vista, ottimo cibo buffet, ottimo cibo "a la carte" al prezzo di 24€ a persona. La colazione include anche un ottimo vino frizzante della casa di buona qualità, quasi come un prosecco. La colazione full-inclusive con prosecco con vista panoramica di Vienna non ha prezzo, Di sera il DasLoft è ristorante (dicono sia buono ma non lo abbiamo provato) e c'è bar fino a notte. Wifi molto veloce (100 Mbit/s) Personale attento e cortese. CONS: La stanza non ha tende ma delle coperture scorrevoli. Le coperture inferiori non chiudono bene e alla mattina si rischia di essere svegliati dalla luce. Serve essere creativi per cercare di bloccarle in posizione di chiuso. Bagno: cercare di migliorare la pulizia dello scarico del lavabo: a volte, se si è vicini, si rischia di avvertire qualche odore sgradevole provenire dallo scarico.

Clean, great staff

Oikein hieno hotelli. Hyvällä paikalla. Vanhaan kaupunkiin 5 min kävelymatka. Juna-asemalle 15 min kävely. Kaksi miinusta. Ensimmäinen se kun saavuin hotelliin, kysyin olisiko huoneeni valmis vaikka olinkin etuajassa (klo 12 ja sisäänkirjautuminen klo 15.) Vastaus oli kyllä huone on vapaa mutta maksu etuajassa sisäänkirjautuminseen on €50!! Puolet huoneen yöhinnnasta. Matkustan paljon, ja aina olen saanut huoneeni ilman lisämaksua jos huone on ollut vapaa. Joten jätin laukun ja lähdin kävelemään. Toinen miinus oli aulabaari/ kahvila. Se ei ollut auki illalla että ois esim voinut ottaa lasillisen eikä myöskään aamulla että ois voinut ostaa aamukahvit. Muuten oikein siisti ja kaunis hotelli ja iso huone jossa kylpyamme.

Tolles Hotel in guter

Very comfortable beds, bathrooms, loved the coffee machine in the room. The bar/breakfast room on the top floor is spectacular and breakfast delicious with lots on offer. Rooms felt a bit like bunkers, and style overall is quite dark and sultry, not the best option for young children as there isn't really anywhere for them to run around, but recommend for couples/solo travellers.

Absolutely excellent service from the front desk staff to the cleaning personnel. I highly recommend this location for your next stay in Vienna. You truly get what you pay for, and you won’t regret choosing this option.

We stayed at SO vienna from the 14th-17th March my Daughter took me for my 43rd birthday weekend. Hotel is spotless, food is beautiful, room absolutely gorgeous, soa delightful. Had a lovely stay even though it rained for the first 2 days it did not stop us exploring. Would definitely stay here again! Staff so attentive and the property is gorgeous! They even gave us a decent big umbrella each when it was raining, lifesaver as did not bring one. Upon check out gave us water for our taxi journey back the airport. Could not fault this absolutely beautiful property! Will definitely be back the view from our room amazing, the space & modern slick minimalistic design of the room fabulous. Also so much space! I liked the fact close to city and I will be back to SO Vienna I’m the summer! Definitely 5 star thank you for a wonderful stay

Love the design. Clean. Bright, and the breakfast on top of the hotel is great.

Pretty fabuous all round. Only grip was noisy aircon, but we could probably only hear it because the hotel was so quiet at night.

An sich wirklich super, nur bei einigen kleinen Details hat es etwas geklemmt. So war im Zimmer nicht die Sitzecke vorhanden, die auf den Bildern bei der Buchung zu sehen waren. Zudem war der eine Sonnenblendschutz (der stoffliche) defekt und wurde notdürftig festgeklemmt. Der eine Zahnputzbecher (Plastik) war schon gesprungen (nicht kaputt), als wir ankamen. Der wurde über 5 Nächte nicht ausgetauscht, was etwas ungewöhnlich für eine 5* Unterkunft ist. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau. (;

Es ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel und die Schlüsselkarte sperte beim erstenmal nicht, es gibt keine Extragrossen Bademäntel und Handtücher! Der Wellnesbereich ist doch sehr klein! Im Zimmer gab es stellen die nicht geputzt waren... Die Rooftopbar ist GENIAL mit MEGA AUSBLICK
