Rooms are very dirty. Breakfast is not much of anything. Marijuana smell was very overpowering.

Very clean and well kept property and rooms. Would definitely stay again. Located in a convenient location just outside of College Station.

The beds were hard and I found a bug on pillow and my son found a couple of bugs on the floor. “Free breakfast” was just a selection of hostess donuts and gas station burritos.

I appreciated the location. It was quite aways from the interstates, but close to where we needed to be. The room was clean and staff was friendly. The hotel was quiet and comfortable.

The couches in the lobby and the stairs in stairwell were filthy. Blankets had holes in them. The towels in the bathroom were old. Just not the cleanest hotel, I wouldn't recommend staying there.

This hotel has a roach problem. We had booked our employees here, and had to move them to another hotel.

Was easily locked out of hallway to parking lot exit. Entry card no function. Bath towels frayed on ends. Non smoking room smelled like ash tray covered in flowers. Breakfast offerings were weak. Out of coffee. No fruit. Cereal stale

It was okay except when I went to make my coffee the next morning, the coffee pot still had coffee in it from the last person that was in the that room. There was mold in the pot and floating on the coffee. The microwave was dirty as well. The bed was very hard. But the front desk person was very nice.

Check in was really nice and easy. The desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check out was a breeze.

People were friendly and courteous

Property was good, but finding out that Expedia had not paid for reservation was disturbing.

AC leaked and floor was soaked when we got back in room from being out. Desk was not very helpful and acted out. Finally got us new room after tirade.

Found prescription medication from prior occupant under nightstand. Poor design of shower resulted in bathroom flooding. Room was missing a chair which had been taken to another room by another guest before our arrival.
