Great customer service and clean.

Our room was ready and we checked in early. Front desk and staff friendly. Breakfast very good, with custom omelets. Large clean room with good a/c. Most attractions are walkable. Duval st a few blocks away. We had a covered parking spot. We would return for a Key West stay!

Very nice spot close to many things

Stayed here for a few nights with some friends. We brought our own golf cart and called to verify that was okay before arriving. We were told upon check in to park in overflow parking, however, were ended up charged two separate parking spaces if we kept the golf cart off the trailer. Lots of confusion during this process. Also, there is no where to charge an electric golf cart at this facility which is also very inconvenient and weren’t notified of this upon calling and check in. They did try to offer an outlet for $45 for a 40 minute charge. The rooms were decently clean but very small. Breakfast was good with made to order omelets. Pool area was nice, not many chairs available however. If we are ever in the area again, we will probably not stay here. Great area and location to all the areas, but the quality and condition of the hotel is not worth the money spent on this hotel. Overall, it would be an okay choice for a quick stay, but definitely not longer than 3 nights.

The room was very clean and spacious. There could be more light in the stairwell.

Beautiful property with excellent staff. Daily breakfast with homemade omelets and oj. Manager Peter was solution oriented.

Dry modern upgrade and clean. I did nit like that only 1 elevaworked since I do have issues using the stairs.

I like the pool I had a very unique room on the third floor really love the omelet bar for breakfast

Absolutely lovely hotel. They really pay attention to detail and keep rooms and facilities in very good condition. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Wonderful boutique hotel. This will be our place to go when in Key West.

We really like it and the breakfast and omelette station were awesome

I would strongly recommend this hotel: the rooms were spacious with great air conditioning for the summer heat, and the omelette station in the am was a great feature. We enjoyed the pool and parking as well. The only downside was the lack of flexibility in check out time; in fact, the attendant was knocking at our door an hour early seeking a checkout (in the off season).

The room had plenty of space for 3 of us. The rooms was clean. The only down side was the elevator was broken for the week we were there.

Great place off Duval but close enough. Rooms are the most spacious on the rock.

Loved it!! Walking distance almost to all major places in key west and also people are warm and welcoming

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It was a short (20 minute) walk to all the action on Duval Street. The omelette station for breakfast was a nice touch. Would stay there again.
