It was immaculate, would recommend it for families with kitchenette

Great comfy bed. Don't have a room near an elevator.

The room layout was really nice. It had a refrigerator and microwave however the bathroom was really dirty. You could see dirt crusted up around the edges of the counter and shower. You have no other option but to pay the valet parking which is $42 over night each night. There is no free parking anywhere around the hotel. The commentary breakfast was really good they have a lot options for breakfast. Overall it was okay for a nights stay.

Hotel parking is only by valet at $42 per night. Closest self parking deck is 2 blocks away.

Had to call 2 days in a row to get our room cleaned and they never showed up. Called front desk and took 1 hour to bring towels up to the room. Front desk staff is not friendly. Pool does not have lay flat seats only chairs. Fire alarm went off at 12:00am everyone had to evacuate, then went on again at 4:00am and then 7:00am water was brown after that.

We had a nice stay. I wish the pool area was bigger with sun loungers chairs. The hotel staff was great especially Shaya. She was so accommodating, very professional and answered all of our questions. The breakfast staff were really nice and kept everything clean and stocked.

La estancia estuvo bastante bien. Solo q tuvimos q bajar a la 1:00 am ya q había una alerta de incendio entiendo q eso puede pasar , lo más malo fue q después q logramos subir para la habitación , sonó la alarma 3 veces más y todo de madrugada. Y el desayuno no estuvo del todo mal , pero faltó un poco de cubiertos y los platos donde servirse el desayuno. El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación , seguro volvería una vez más , está cerca de todo

Fire alarm went off at 12am and the property was evacuated. Alarm went off again at 4 and 7 am. Water was not working in the morning. Pool area doesn’t have lounge chairs.

Room, 1 King Bed: I loved my stay and it was a very enjoyable experience. My room was a corner room on the 15th floor and the view was absolutely amazing. The room was extremely spacious and had not only a desk but a couch, kitchen with utensils, a nice countertop stove and a well decorated space. The space was not smelly and smelled very clean. The bathroom was clean, but I feel as though it could have been cleaned a bit deeper around the calk on the bottom of the glass door(we had a walk-in shower which was huge). The morning breakfast was very tasty and plentiful, they also allow you to take a plate up to your room or eat in the cafeteria area which is very posh. All in all I rate my stay a 8/10, 2 point could have been given if the shower was given a deeper clean.

Walking distance to all was great. Didn’t like the fact that it was difficult to flush the toilet and also the TV remote control didn’t work.

I liked the staff they were very kind. Especially during the free breakfast. I didn’t like how my comforter had brown makeup stains.

Amazing will do it again

My stay here was perfect. If you book here, I would advise to get valet the service was great.

Easy check in and close to all the restaurants and entertainment.
