Pésimo todo Jamás volvería

Our short, one night stay was pain free other than the climb to the third floor. The room was clean and well appointed and the air conditioner was functional for the main cabin of room 20. Parking on site for 14 Euro made everything easy!

Nous avons bien aimé notre cours séjour. Il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'assenceur, mais ça nous a pas déranger. La petite terasse sur le toit était probablement la plus belle vue qu'on pouvait avoir sur la cité. Nous avons eu un petit problème d'air climatisé, nous avons avisé au départ, mais les propriétaires étaient vraiment désolée de la situation et nous ont dit que si nous avions aviser ils nous auraient changer de chambre. Donc, n'hésitez pas si ça vous arrivé de les appeler. Ils étaient très sympatique. L'emplacement est tout prêt de la cité, nous lavons fait à pieds. Je recommande!

L'hotel merita 5 stelle per la posizione, vicina alle mura e in una via molto carina piena di ristoranti e un mercatino locale. La struttura pero' non e' un tre stelle (almeno per gli standard italiani) perche' non offre servizi da giustificare cio'. Non dispone di ascensore, le stanze sono piccole e un po'datate e non c'e' il frigorifero in camera. La nota bella e unica e' che dalla camera si vedono le mura illuminate. Per chi alloggia pero' nella tripla vicino al terrazzino panoramico e' un problema dormire, perche' fino a oltre la mezzanotte gli ospiti che vanno li', chiacchierano ad alta voce ed e' come averli in stanza e ogni volta si accende una luce. L'albergo dovrebbe mettere un cartello con scritto che dalla mezzanotte non si puo' piu' accedere al terrazzino, altrimenti chi dorme in quella stanza non puo'assolutamente prendere sonno. Quindi, un consiglio, munirsi di tappi e mascherina :-)

The location of this hotel is wonderful and the staff is very kind and helpful! The rooms are spacious. The AC on the hottest days is just enough. The little bar next door is nice. FYI There is no elevator. Overall we had a wonderful stay

The hotel was in the middle of a street where it was all restaurants and bars and was great for people watching. The garage parking at the hotel was excellent. The small private garden was a little oasis of peace and calm. Beautiful breakfast. Lovely room.

Really helpful staff, good breakfast, lovely garden to sit in during day/evening and where breakfast can be taken. Beautiful view from the top terrace of the castle walls but too hot to linger when we were there in July. Helpful host when parking car in their garage. Really short walk up to the castle. Clean room and bathroom .

The room was very clean and the air conditioning excellent. We did not have breakfast. There is no elevator.

Excellent location on lovely street leading up to castle area. Well maintained and comfortable. Lovely little roof terrace with great castle view. Staff helpful and friendly.

Kleines Hotel, dem die Renovierung gut getan hat. Die Dachterrasse war ca 2x2m groß, reicht aber für ein schönes Foto von der unverbauten Aussicht auf die Cite von Carcassonne. Kleiner, liebevoller Garten mit leckerem Frühstück.

Chambre petite au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur mais avec vue imprenable sur Carcassonne. A proximité des murailles.

Bel hôtel, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, la chambre était malheureusement un peu petite. Néanmoins celle-ci était propre, bien entretenue et nous conseillons le petit déjeuner qui est bon avec pas mal de choix, le cadre extérieur est très agréable.

Generally a good hotel. Great to have secure parking near by. Excellent breakfast which we enjoyed outside in the pretty courtyard garden. Only disadvantage was that our room was on the third floor and there was no lift. Madam, however, insisted on carrying our bags up, which went well beyond what we expected!

Best breakfast of the tour we have done, all fresh good quality food, parking was in a secure garage next to hotel. Excellent location between the old town and new, great view of the old town from the roof terrace, staff very helpful and friendly.

On site parking for our motorcycle was a huge bonus. Also loved the roof terrace .wonderful couple run the place.
