Set in a motorway services, it is noisy and lacks any meaningful character. Dining options are purchasing pre-packed drinks & snacks from reception (when it's open) or eating at the Services. Walkable to Leeds Castle for an evening where we didn't want to drive, which made it worth the while. Not badly priced.

Didn’t expect much with the price (and the main photo is of a service station Costa) but just need a quick stop off. Really loud room, it was facing away from the motorway, but nicely has air conditioners (or something) in a court yard outside the window . About 3 hrs sleep. Lady on reception was great though, didn’t get a name, but she was the shiny light in tired old hotel (ask if they’re hiring at the Mercury 😉)

Positioned within a service area, so easy to find and park. The room was reasonably clean and pleasant. I found it quiet despite the location, though there was some banging of doors early morning. No breakfast offered, the service facilities offer the usual fast food outlets.

Value for money and you know what you are getting at this chain of hotels

Had to wait to check in as staff was on lunch and we had tickets for Leeds castle prom and there were several others waiting. Only appeared to be two staff members on. Room was ok. No air con and no fan so room was like a sauna. There was dried urine round the base of the toilet. Staff were friendly. Over priced for what it was but had no option. Ideally wouldn’t normally stay there.

The room was filthy,the walls were covered with squashed flies and it was full of flies and moths flying around the room The carpet was very dirty and the bedding very stained. We asked for a new room but they were full due to them not having cleaned the other rooms. The bathroom was mouldy too. We asked for a refund which took over an hour to put through. The young girl hadn't asked us for a card on check in so they were unable to process our refund. It was the worst hotel room I have ever been in and will not stay at another days Inn.

Decent enough hotel for the price and location, near the tunnel. Room could do with a new coat of lighter paint to brighten it up. Comfortable bed and pillows, bathroom was okay.

Lovely welcome on Reception. Offered a free drink and Pringles - good start! TV in the allocated room did not work but we were immediately moved to a new room across the corridor. Many apologies from the Reception staff. New room had a double bed with a twin bedded room through an alcove. Shower excellent. Tea and coffee making facilities. Only downside is not the hotel's fault - poor facilities in the service area! Large adjacent carpark - convenient! Always stay here on our way to the Shuttle terminal

Firstly you need to mention like there is no air conditioning for room. Just mention in the description ,

We stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Maidstone from 25–27 June 2026 and had a very upsetting experience. We were abruptly woken at 2:30am by a fire alarm and given inconsistent explanations (first an insect, later smoking). The lack of clear communication and reassurance left us feeling very unsettled, and we were unable to sleep for the rest of the night. Throughout our stay, service was poor and disorganised. We had issues with a broken hairdryer, delays in getting it replaced, and repeated problems getting basic requests followed through. Promised goodwill gestures and a late checkout were not properly delivered or recorded, and our room was not serviced despite assurances. At check-out, there was again no staff at reception for some time. Overall, the stay was stressful and poorly managed, with repeated failures in communication and follow-through, which significantly affected our experience.

The room was comfy and i had everything i needed.I must say the lady on reception was very helpful and did her job really well i enjoyed my stay and i look forward to coming back next year.

Good for my one night stopover. Comfy bed. Friendly staff.

Great place to stop off the motorway. Nice big room with large double bed. Fast food available. Free parking.

For the price you cannot go wrong. Our go to hotel when traveling on the euro tunnel. Everything you need nearby and the staff were great.
