Arrived late but mobile number organised check. . Aircon did not seem to work. A light outside the room would make inserting key into the lock a lot easier. Was a fine boutique hotel.

This hotel goes above and beyond. Exceeding all expectations. Socleano safe so nice.

Great place would stay anytime

A beautiful heritage hotel retaining so much of the original rooms with tasteful additions to make a truly pleasant stay.

Our stay at the Dennison was quite pleasant. We arrived after hours and all that was needed was a phone call to have access to the lockbox. The room is quite grand,in terms of size ,furniture and draperies. The grounds are lovely. I did not picture the hotel to be in a semi industrial area ,but it was. It also was next to a railway track, with trains passing by. It really didn't bother us. Good quick access to the A1.

Great air con, beautiful old building, easy going staff. Our go to in Rocky. Love the spa and decor.

It was quite good for a one night stay.

We stayed in the handicap room the shower needs a lot of work water was pooling and flooding close to the door and other areas in the bathroom my partner slipped and almost fell staff was great they got us a squeegee,rubber floor mats and many towels to soak up the water

Located in the middle of an industrial area; building has seen far better days; still guessing why the place calls itself “Boutique”

Spacious, clean & comfortable. Great for a stop over with business travel.

This Hotel has no reception. (although they claim to be there certain times ) You pretty much have to call them to get access to your key and if any issues arrive you'll need to wait for them to come in. The location is not ideal. Would recommend others closer to the downtown area. The room itself was nice - old fashioned furniture and new spa inside room. Next time would look for a different location with more service and closer to restaurant's

Elegant rooms and great value. BUT … Reception not staffed on check-in when I arrived at 2pm. Got a text message to say Key was in safe and breakfast would be on from 6:30-9:30. However, in the room there was conflicting information about breakfast on different pieces of paper - 7am. 7:30am. Very confusing. I called the after hours number and the girl couldn’t say for sure what time it would be. I said surely the text message about check in would be the correct time. But she couldn’t say for sure. Neither morning could we get into the breakfast room. Very disappointing as we were needing to get away to a conference each day.

Weekly historic building and furniture. Unfortunately, room smelt old as well.

Good all around

Room was well furnished with items that suited the building, bed comfort was a highlight. If im ever in Rockhampton again, ill knoe where to stay.

Very cool canopy comfortable beds. Rooms were nice place to eat across the street. Free parking. Train was loud, but to be expected

The room had a very musty smell that had deodoriser over it which made it very unpleasant. The room had a lot of road noise.
