Paradise Cove villas has made us most definitely fall in love with Paphos, Cyprus and wish to return again! Antonis and his team made every effort to meet and exceed expectations of our stay. The villa was stunning and included everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The grounds of the villa were immaculate and very spacious, the pool was clean and outdoor facilities were fantastic. What made our stay even more special was the generosity of Antonis on our final day, where we would have been waiting around Paphos in the heat for 9 hours before our transfer to the airport. Antonis very kindly let us stay for the entire day, so our last day became much more stress-free and we really enjoyed our final day. Great location and villa

Second time staying here, which says it all really. Lovely villa in a great location. We have again been well looked after.

Just checked out of Paradise Cove - periwinkle. Exceeded expectations. What a beautiful villa. Definitely go back next year.

We were messaged a code for the lock box at the villa so entry was very easy . The villa is very well equipped and well maintained. The coastal path walk into Paphos took around 30 minutes by contrast if you go in the main road it took 20 minutes . Shopping at Kings Avenue Mall is a 5 minute walk and a nice respite from the heat . The supermarket in the mall is a great place to stock up on essentials. There are a few restaurants nearby if the walk to Paphos is a bit far . Our favourite was The Farmhouse . Our favourite in Paphos was Argo , both serve very good traditional food and were very reasonably priced . We loved our time at Paradise Cove Villas and cannot wait to return at some point in the future.

We had a wonderful time staying in Villa Cyan, celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary & our birthdays with our close family. The villa served all our needs & easily housed 6 adults & a small child. The welcome pack was more than expected, with all the necessities needed for the first few days. Antonis & his family were amazing. Friendly, extremely helpful & even surprised us with a delicious birthday cake. We will treasure our memories forever. Thank you

Stunning villa, gorgeous pool, just over the road from the beach and lovely coastal walk. Short walk to lots of good restaurants and bars

We loved our stay here!

Great villa in a nice location, steps away from the coastal boardwalk that takes you into Paphos harbour. Pool could use minor repair to some of the tiling but nothing really of concern. Towels were changed every couple of days by the friendly team running the villa complex. There is a beach bar run by the complex overlooking the sea. The bartender was rude to us and a number of guests whilst we were there having a drink so we didnt go back. Shame as its a lovely setting for a sunset drink.

The villa is beautiful , everything was perfect The location is great and the pool and the beach was very nice The people were very friendly and take care for everything.

Owner was very helpful when required. The Vila is very nice great pool and enough space for our family. The water pressure is a bit odd and the AC was okay but not great, blows on you while sleeping and couldn’t see how to stop that. Great walk by the see and all in all a very nice relaxing stay. We stayed in villa aqua for two blissful weeks and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Fabulous location, lovely and quiet, with a real home from home feel. Convenient for shopping, restaurants and the beach. The owner was respectful of our privacy yet on hand to answer questions. A brilliant holiday in a lovely part of Paphos.

Very enjoyable stay. Lovely place. Would highly recommend Only one think would of made it better was a small welcome pack e.g water.milk, tea coffee etc, as we arrived late and had nothing to drink.

We were very grateful for Antonis's extra care , service & understanding during our stay, for helping me with the flat tire and moving us to another villa. We had a fantastic time and will came back for sure to paradise cove. Superb service and very nice family.

Property was situated brilliantly, near to the beach and shops/restaurants but also in a quiet area.

Nice Villa, modern, perfect size for a family, and just a few steps from the sea and the City Centre.

Property was in a great location very clean well maintained. Staff very friendly. Would have liked to have had a welcome pack just to get us settled after long journey otherwise everything was excellent, would definitely return

The trip was really nice with two kids. We stayed for 4 nights and only on the last day someone come and asked if we would like them to clean. We were cleaning ourself the apartment. The internet was really annoying, frustrating as was disconnecting constantly. Everything else was great!

Location was good close to the sea, tomb of the kings, the mall and bars and restaurants.
