I would have given it a minus rating but it’s not possible. The place looks like it should be closed down for sanitary reasons. There was a hole under the sink that looks large enough to fit a rat through it. When we woke up in the morning and it was quiet we heard something running really fast in the room/in the wall. I highly recommend to not book anything here. The drawer from the night stand it almost fell when I opened it. This place needs a big investment to upgrade it. The two star rating that it has it’s too generous. We booked two nights initially. We only stayed for one night. We booked another hotel for the second night.

It was a very pleasant stay. Manish helped us in every possible way, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was clean, everything needed was arranged properly.

The hot tub and pool and sauna were not sanitary for use. The a/c in the room took approx 4-6hrs to cool the room down. Just a stay and go place as it is on the main route.

Very bad smell in the room of smoke .

Guest services was not there on time and the rooms did not meet the advertised cleansliness

Booked this room as it was pet friendly and we were traveling with our dog. The bed was very uncomfortable and should have been replaced a few years ago. Kept thinking it was going to break every time one of us shifted as it would crack loudly. Bathroom was not well cleaned, thick dust/dirt on the trim and door. Overall very tired, unmaintained motel.

Our room was dirty, dont think they even cleaned it . Found a cockroach and two other bugs in our room. Will never stay there again. Had to wait for the front desk person to arrive so we could check in.

These is the 2nd Best Canada inn having a note at the front desk will be back in 5 minutes.. need to wait and knock on the staff room for them to come out. The sink is clogged .. will not recommended

The dirtiest, broken door frames, and sketchiest place ive ever been too.

They even don't care about you the guy who was on the front desk was on his phone all the time even when we check in there was a note on the door that the office open at 9:00 am but he was not there and when try to call him on the number that was provided on the note he was not picking and then after 20 minutes he was coming out from his room while talking on the phone and didn't even give us a call back he was just awful poor service

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. The room was filthy, I should have just left right then and there. But I didn't. I didn't take my shoes off until I went to bed because the floors were so filthy. The tv didn't work so they brought me a second tv, which they did right away. The people upstairs came to their room around 3am and were stomping around. The water in the toilet ran all night as well... I will never stay there again!!!

You get what you pay for here. It’s not bad but definitely a 2 star at best. The bright spot is the clerk/manager who seems to be a jack of all trades for the motel. He is excellent!

Friendly staff

Hotel a little bit outdated, however it was ok to stay overnight. Service was great and no issues. Location was good to visit different paces and parking was great.

For less than $100 I got a room, comfy king bed, clean, fridge & microwave, decent shower, and not just a desk & office chair, but also kitchenish table & 2 chairs. Only picky things I’ll call out: toilet paper dispenser was in an awkward spot and there was no lounging chair. (Had table & chairs instead and this was an okay trade off). Next time I’m in Vernon I would stay here again. This place punches above its weight class.

It was priced right for what it was. No complaints, staff was nice.

Good place to rest, except that we had some neighbors who smoked a lot and the smell was a bit tiring.
