A really nice hotel, good bar and good restaurant

Very nice hotel and very polite staff. The restaurant is very nice and air-conditioned which the rooms are not. There is good ventilation so with the windows open it is bearable to sleep. This hotel just needs to put in air conditioning and it would be perfect.

The hotel was lovely, rooms appear to be being renovated but even those not quite done yet were clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite.

I knew at the time of booking that the room didn't have air con. I was disappointed to find that there was no windows but patio doors instead which for obvious reasons couldn't be left open overnight. Consequently the room was very warm and sleep didnt come easily. Breakfast was really good.

Very clean hot and staff are very friendly and helpful, try and make an early breakfast as we arrived for breakfast at 0930hrs and it was cold and dry it looked like the eggs had been on the hot plate for some time, we gave the breakfast a miss on the second day, as we didn’t want to be disappointed again.

Lovely place and very welcoming staff,. Comfortable room. Could use better amenities and a better shower. Triumph bar is great with good selections of drinks. Restaurant is good! Would definitely recommend

Good value hotel in very convenient location

Unfortunately no air con on the hottest day in history. Generally could be tidier.

This was the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel and would highly recommend to stay, the staff are so pleasant and helpful. Hotel is A1

A 1 night stay before an early flight. Arrived behind a coach party so check in was slow. Had a reasonable quiet room. Had a good nights sleep. Can’t complain.

Great parking and staff where friendly

Overall the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They took care of some of our additional requests that we had for our room as my wife was pregnant, which was much appreciated. The main hotel lobby and reception area was very well decorated. The room felt like it good do with a bit of modernisation and a refresh. However was clean tidy and perfectly functional and practical. Breakfast was good quality and staff were friendly. Overall very happy with our stay and would consider it good value for the money. The secure car park is a major plus.

Easy check in. Plenty of parking. Room ok but tired. Quite a few hairs in the bathroom and on the dark coloured sofa in the room. Staff lovely and friendly. Super helpful. Couldn’t fault them. However, stayed for 2 nights. Functions on both nights. ?proms. Both nights we were sat outside enjoying a drink in the sun and both nights we were forced to leave by the worst antisocial behaviour I have ever witnessed. Driving offences, cars back firing, accelerating to ridiculous speeds in a residential area, I can’t even put into words. Dangerous antisocial behaviour followed by fireworks being let off in the front car park next to the road and less then a metre away from large gatherings of people. On the second night we were due to be joined but couldn’t sit with family and endure more of the same so we left and agreed to meet elsewhere. When we were dropped off we couldn’t get near to the car park so had to be dropped off and walk back.

A pleasant hotel to stay in. Easy parking and helpful staff. Clean room and good breakfast.

Great hotel in a convenient location for NEC. The room was a good size, comfortable, but a bit dated. The hotel was easy to find. Nice restaurant and bar area.

The Manor is in a beautiful setting and is a well looked after hotel. The rooms and restaurant areas were exceptionally clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! We had a fab meal in the restaurant. We will be back!

This stay was a welcome return to a hotel that has maintained the standards of excellence that are now so difficult to find. The food - both breakfast and dinner - was top-drawer, especially considering the cost. An excellent stay and highly recommended.
