This hotel-resort is well loved by young Japanese families. For a tourist passing through Uno area it is 20 minutes from Uno by bus or taxi. The hotel sits alone in this area with a beautiful beach. Staff is very helpful

ロケーションは良いが、朝食は評価できない

コインランドリーが使えない、宿泊客の殆どはプライベートビーチを利用するのでコインランドリーは複数台必須なのに1台しか無く、全く企業努力をしない最悪なホテル、皆濡れた水着をそのまま干したり持ち帰ったり、最悪なサービス。

海が近くて良かった、部屋が暑いのが残念

設備が古く、室内や床にも汚れが多く見られた。リフォームするともっとお客様が増えると思う。

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

ホテル内に子供用の迷路やミニ四駆のコース、ゲームコーナーがあり、楽しませていただきました。スタッフの方の対応も非常に丁寧で気持ちが良かったです。良いホテルだと思います。

last minute booking… what a surprise! Beautiful hotel and location, excellent service. Some of the hotel is a bit dated but was nostalgic for me. Kinda like Hawaii 5-0 old series feel. The view was incredible!!!! Will be back when the wisteria is in bloom across the street as well as to enjoy the beach!

fabulous location, helpful staff but hotel itself needs a good refurbishment, carpets dirty and smelly, paintwork worn. Other floors of the hotel might be better but the foor I was on was way overdue for a spring clean.

Le staff a été très gentil mais certains manquaient de formation. Le bâtiment est mal entretenu exception faite de l'étage de la réception. Les tapis et les murs étaient souillés et tachés . La chambre avait une odeur désagréable. Le site du côté de la baie était plutôt jolie mais l'environnement du côté urbain n'était pas très convivial. Malgré la publicité de l'hôtel le bar était fermée, la piscine sans eau, la terrasse fermée, le balcon de la chambre inaccessible, aucune facilité pour la plage. Nous étions dans un environnement captif qui n'offrait pas d'activité et de service à proximité. Très déçu de notre séjour je ne recommanderais pas cette hôtel.

海が綺麗でした

今回晩御飯にバイキングは選択せずホテル内のレストランで食事しましたが、選べるレストランがほとんど無く残念。せっかく瀬戸内海沿いのホテルなのに、海鮮レストランが無い。 また他の部屋はわかりませんが、私が泊まった部屋の布団がシミで汚れた。不衛生に感じた。 残念です。

They advertised having several restaurants one of which was the buffet which they charge over ¥5,000 for and they weren't even serving anything other than dessert and one type of meat even though they advertised it as having many different types of food. Only one of the other restaurants was open and there is only one other restaurant in town that serves dinner. The rugs and sheets and everything were stained and the hallway rugs looked like they hadn't been cleaned since installation 30 years ago. The onsen and service was good but did not make up for the false advertising of everything else.

時期的なものもありホテル内は閑散としていましたがのんびり過ごすことが出来ました。 お風呂ものんびり、オーシャンビューの部屋では景色を眺めながらリラックスできました。

We wanted to visit Naoshima, and at the time this hotel seemed like a decent choice. What a disappointment! Hotel is stand-alone, 5 bus stations from the center of Ueno, without any restaurants near it. Hotel is '70s architecture' and so are the rooms and the decor. Carpets are dirty and worn out, dirty glass front leading to terrace (with amazing sea view), poor breakfast, no control of AC, no closets/drawers at all, ...Consider this hotel only if you canwt afford to sleep on the island.

ホテルは昔からあるものですが、とても綺麗に使っているという印象です。 窓からは海が目の前に見え、海外のリゾートホテルのように開放的でした。 フロントの方も気持ちよく対応いただきました。 地下一階に温泉があるのも良かったです。 とても楽しい滞在になりました。

Very clean hotel

Great onsen, small but clean and not crowded. Food is too expensive but no other restaurants near hotel. Bus comes right up to hotel.
