Pleasant hotel overall, but check-in is not open until 1600, which, in truth, is later than any other hotel I stayed at. The room was cool and well appointed, but the shaving mirror was broken so would not adjust properly, the lavatory seat was loose, the shower was over the bath (we should be getting over this compromise in better hotels by now) and the bathroom overall needed some little refurbishment. The toilet paper holder was, weirdly, under one's right armpit when seated, and almost impossible to use without significant contortions. The sauna was very good, however, and there was a good breakfast spread, but a large bottle of water (2.0 Euros in a shop) was 7.50 Euros in the hotel, which has to be somewhat excessive as a profit margin. I would stay there again, but it wouldn't be my first choice, in all truth.

Nette große Zimmer mit großem Bad. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Leider funktionierte die veraltete Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht, sodaß wir gefühlt 40°C im Zimmer hatten.

We celebrated my birthday with 40 plus people and everything was awesome- the attentiveness and responsiveness of the hotel management and staff, the food was exceptional, the decorations elegant and most beautiful, the service was friendly and attentive and always helpful as needs arose. It was an all around the exceptional experience.

Die Zeit im Hotel war wunderschön es hat mir an nichts gefehlt. Super freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Super Frühstück und das für den Preis dementsprechend alles im allen TOP.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer ist sehr modern und einladend eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Nur in der Lobbybar könnte etwas mehr Augenmerk auf die Gäste gelegt werden und nach Getränken etc. gefragt werden. Der Aufzug zum Parkplatz funktionierte mit der Zimmerkarte nicht, was etwas mühsam war. Ansonsten kann ich das Hotel für einen Städtetrip oder für berufliche Zwecke sehr empfehlen.

Hotel excelente. A hospedagem oferece uma experíência de acomodação e conforto que tem sido extinta na hotelaria européia de custo razoável. O café da manhã é vasto, com muitas opções de alimentos, inclusive, itens regionais como as famosas salsichas alemãs. O quarto é amplo, assim como o banheiro que tem um chuveiro ótimo. A cama é confortável, as instalações são limpas e o staff é educado e disposto à ajudar. Completam a experiência o estacionamento gratuíto e a garrafa de água de cortesia.
