Lovely stay at this property! The only small point being the storage heating not being quite adequate but saying that it was very comfortable and relaxing!

Lovely place aswell as being in a good location, support was available 24hrs which was great!

Getting into the property was a bit of a struggle as it was tucked in the back of the complex, and there was little light after dark to find the right place. A bit far from Bristol (25 min drive), but was good otherwise.

Communication good, instructions pretty good, although I had to walk around estate to find block,keys missing when opened safe rang help number really helpful told me where to find emergency key, original keys eventually found they been picked up by another guest.Flat clean and tidy, some wear and tear but nothing to complain about. Hot water didn't seem to work,so used boost to give me enough for a shower but overall a really nice flat.

The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to store food items, prepare our own meals and keep up to date with washing clothes. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was a good size. We could hang clothes up and put others in the chest of drawers. We find the provision of an iron and ironing board very useful. The living room was a good size where we could relax and have meals. The bathroom was clean and we enjoyed the heater on cooler days taking the chill off when we were having a shower. We always found a parking space, often very close to our flat and never very far away.

Location was beside a busy roundabout so it was rather noisy. Entrance nearest to car park to accomodation was scruffy. Hallway stank of weed. Signs of damp in bathroom & lots of Silverfish there too. On the plus side, most of the accomodation was very clean, beds were comfy and they provided us with a camp bed at short notice.

Excellent apartment, I would love to stay in it next time. Very much recommended

Ive been working on and off in bristol for 3 years and stayed in hotels around bradley Stoke, found this gem on the off chance as the hotels was getting more expensive, my apartment was beautiful felt at home everything i needed and will definitely look for this place on my next trip

Really lovely apartment, well laid out and with everything we needed for a comfortable, easy stay. Comfy beds and bed linen and towels all provided. Lovely to have some tea/coffees there with some biscuits on arrival so we could have a drink straight away before going across the road to ALDI Tesco only down the road too, and the Ember Inns pub was well worth a visit for food too Off street parking felt safe and secure so wasn't worried about my car at all. We did have 1 dining chair that was loose on the back so we didn't use it, and kitchen cupboard door under sink loose, but didn't bother us. Just minor points for repair Well stocked kitchen for crockery and utensils. Wi-fi spot on. Never turned the TV on as we didn't need it Super easy to check in and out Bins - it says recycle where you can, but we couldn't find recycling bins in the bin store?

Spacious, free parking, 3-min to supermarket, etc.

Great stay, very clean and tidy. Lots of shops nearby. Good selection of tea and coffee. Maybe could have had a bottle of oil for cooking. Beds were not very supportive. Otherwise very organised with all the info we wanted.

The flat was spacious and there were washing tablets etc. Provided. There was a slight issue with the shower head dropping. It was clean and the parking was good.

As ever my stay was stress free. The flats are fitted out nicely and the bedrooms and lounge make you feel relaxed and at home.

To be fair, we never actually stayed at the property. On the arrival day I asked about access only to find the apartment was on the 2nd floor with only stair access. My wife could not manage stairs, so we had to find somewhere else to stay. Asking about a refund I was told to contact Expedia which I have not had time to do, as all this was caused by an injury that meant my wife was unable to walk or climb stairs.

Was cold and heaters wouldn’t work

Good location for my purposes and instructions for entry were fine. There was a problem with the washing machine but I was notified of this in good time (by email and in writing) and service engineers were sent out as promised. We felt the kitchen was not at the high standard of the rest of the apartment - eg the beds extremely comfortable: the hob was not fit for purpose and the work surfaces were in poor condition. Overall would certainly re-book though.

Clean and well equipped apartment. Although not in the town centre was good location for our purpose of accommodation hunting for our son. Plenty of room to relax in the evening. Only minor negative was it was very warm and with windows open a little noisy as it is at a busy roundabout. Would stay there again.
