Great

Nice comfortable stay for a few days. Very clean and tidy. Design of unit lets it down with the layout of a large foyer working like an echo chamber for doors and people coming and going.

Good location for our needs, easy walk to village, plenty of parking. Very quiet, comfortable beds, spacious room.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel, thank you!

Everything is good

Spotlessly clean inside with comfortable bed and powerful shower. Easy walk to town. Lots of parking. Our room was in an adjacent building the outside of which was pretty rundown. Inside fine though.

While the rooms were spacious, the bathroom ceiling was mouldy, spa pool not functioning, no information provided about the property or the surrounding area at time of check-in. Overall the property felt unloved and in need of some significant maintenance.

The place was nice. Facilities very tidy and comfortable. Pool was a dream for us and the kid. Unfortunately there was no good communication about where to park at the beginning. As it is not marked properly, there was none available at night when coming back, so had to park off the street. When calling in the morning to reception nobody answered.

This is an older hotel but if you’re planning to stay out most of the day it is perfect! It was clean and the staff was SUPER friendly—honestly my favorite part of our stay there. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel but I felt it was far enough away to get some peace and quiet.

We really had a bad experience. In reality it’s not what you see on Expedia. The spa wasn’t working, the swimming is full of leaves and dirt in the water. The bathroom outlet seems blocked and water was filling up. Am not going to suggest this to anyone and am never going back there. Very bad. Not happy at all.

Toloet seat broken on arrival. Tool 2 request to get it memded Reception was closed alot Car park was noisy Was bitten alot in bed No mirror in bedroom Room took 3 people but no where to put stuff.lights were bad. No milk for coffee. Was close to beach and shops that was good. And man at desk told us where to go in rain and printed some papers for us. . Lots of trips to do

Don't expect the room to look like the picture. My room had a massive wet patch on the floor and it was in a separate building away from the main hotel, which felt really dodgy when you are travelling by yourself. The bed was hard as nails.

Front desk manager was so kind and friendly and helpful. The pool was small- but looked so amazing; with rocks around the side; but far too cold and rainy to go in. One minute walk to the beach and shops right around the corner: perfect location, but on a quiet street.

Great location to walk to the Paihia Wharf and not far from food!

Es hat mir gut gefallen. Check in ging super schnell und ich habe ein Upgrade bekommen. Man kann zu Fuß in den Ort. Personal sehr nett. Leider keine Aussicht und das Frühstück ist sehr dürftig. Microwelle wäre schön.
