Small hotel with very friendly front desk staff. Included breakfast was excellent with great coffee options. Multiple tram stops 1-5 minutes away. Rooms are larger than most in Amsterdam. A bit of street noise if you are facing it; bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper or ask for a non-street facing room. Elevator is nice. Located in west Amsterdam. 25 minute walk into the city center. Plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby including the Foodhallen (25+ options) and the street market with many hot food vendors.

My initial booking was excluding breakfast, however when I checked in, the Hotel asked me for an extra 35.86 euros for breakfast! Although I was clear to him that I booked it without breakfast on purpose!!! They receptinist on checkin was Ok, next day receptionist was very gentle and welcoming. However, the lady at checkout, if I was manager, I would give her a warning for her attitude and rudness with guests. All in all, room was good, no napkins for use except for toilette tissues. Bed mattress was very hard, pillows very light and cheap, bathing towel very cheap quality. I wanted to check breakfast for 1st and only day, it was average, jam, coffee, scrambled eggs and some fruit salad, that's all. Even if this is separate, decent hotels normally don't charge for 1 piece of .33 L of water bottle from minibar. In conclusion, I do not recommend to book in it again!

Nice little hotel friendly staff

Bruyant vu que ma chambre tombait sur la rue et la proximité d’un bar ouvert tardivement durant le week-end.

The staff was very friendly! The breakfast was very good. Everyone made us feel very comfortable!

It was convenient

The room I had was quite small but I'm travelling solo so it was adequate for me. The bed was quite hard which is personal preference I know. The bathroom was small but functional. The shower had good pressure and the grate between the shower and the basin and toilet prevents the water from going into this area. Breakfast was good with specialty coffees available.

Great room, very clean. Friendly and competent staff, and the breakfast was very nice.

Ottima struttura, piccola, pulita, accogliente e a pochi minuti dalle maggiori attrazioni cittadine. Unica pecca la stanza al primo piano sulla strada è un po’ rumorosa, le finestre non sono insonorizzate.

Nice friendly staff, good location positioned near the tram to main tram routes including centraal station. Nice sized rooms, bed is a bit hard hard but that could be personal preference.

Great hotel. A short distance / tram ride from the centre. Simple but excellent breakfast, super clean rooms and comfy bed and great service from all the staff.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. I felt safe in the area. If you like pizza, try Pazzi. The breakfast was quite filling.

Localisation tres bien car proche du tramway, Le personnel de l'hotel est très gentil , la personne m'a donné des renseignement pour savoir ou aller se restaurer. La chambre est assez spacieuse pour amsterdam. La salle de bain est petite mais il a tout se qu'il faut. penser a prendre sa brosser a dente et dentifrice car il n'y en a pas

Fin service i dette hotel lidt udenfor centrum, men centralt for sporvogne. Eneværelset var lille, men rent. Da jeg skulle afrejse tidligt om morgenen, fik jeg tilbudt at få en pakke med morgenmaden med.

Mysigt hotel med bra läge. 25 min promenad via härliga kanaler till citycentrum och 5 min med spårvagn som stannar utanför hotellet. Trevlig personal, familjärt men lite hårda sängar
