Mark was exceptionally helpful during our stay!

Lovely hotel and a really convenient location, right in the heart of Zurich. The staff were great, facilities excellent. The only gripe was the size of the room, it was really small and the layout was not great. We were only there for 2 nights, any longer and I think we'd have struggled with the lack of space.

Room cleaning every single day . Staff was treated us professionally and very nicely. Good breakfast and time was perfect.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was great. The rooms were...less than ideal. We paid for two rooms and one of them was significantly smaller than the other, but for the same price, and it wasn't cleaned properly and with no AC working. They moved us to another room, which was now similar, but the hair dryer was broken, one of the room lights was out, and they didn't give us all the bedding. The breakfast was meh at best. While the customer service was great, there was only so much they could do when the hotel rooms just weren't up to standard

We had a very clean, neat and tidy room. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was quite nice, and had most of what you could ask for. Our rooms were slightly on the small size, but still very reasonable. The hotel is well located, being walkable to all things in downtown Zurich. The street is pedestrianized, and gets quite busy. However, our rooms were perfectly quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise from below. Very well recommended.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. I was not sure if I had made the right choice at first. But when we arrived we were pleasantly surpriised. The staff were very welcoming, water and coffee available 24/7, clean rooms and breakfast was good. Location was excellent!

This hotel was a disappointment. It was advertised to have AC. The A/C did not work well at all in our room and blew out warm air. If you are planning on staying in the summer that is definitely something to prepare for. The room is also very, very small for a couple with two suitcases. It was hard to even open the suitcases at all in the room. It is also advertised that there is an "airport shuttle" available. This is not the case. When we requested the airport shuttle, we were told that it wasn't actually a shuttle for them and that it goes to multiple hotels and can take hours. It is at least in a good location. For $400/night, I would have at least expected what was advertised by the hotel to be true.

Dejligt lille yderst centralt hotel. Der var dog 30c i Zürich da vi var der. Aircondition virkede ikke på hotellet så vi var nødt til at sove med åbne vinduer. Da det er et centralt hotel, så var der også meget aften/natte larm af unge glade mennesker og af skraldevogne fra tidlig morgenstund. Men værelset var fint, dog småt.

This is an excellent location in Zurich. This is old town, great restaurants and shopping. Sit along the water and enjoy watching the swans and a cocktail. Staff are great..breakfast is amazing...everything you would want. The only down..was no AC but they provided fans and opening the windows and it was fine. Slept very well. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel superbly located! Train, lake cruise, old town all a few minutes walk! So many food options right on the doorstep! Superbly clean and comfortable! Definitely recommended!

Great location friendly staff really good breakfast. Room was much smaller and basic than we expected.

Fantastic location just 5 mins from the main train station and on the same street as loads of great restaurants. Close to tram stops too. Reception staff were helpful and we were able to leave our bags as we arrived early and could also store them on the day we left. Family room was spacious and beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious. A great hotel to base yourself from if exploring Zurich
