Reception is open 24/7. Staff is extremely nice. Hotel is old so the key is on an old door knob that you hand in whenever you leave. Rooms are small as it is in an old parisian building but adaquate. Loved that we could shower or use the tub but the tub is a bit tiny. Has AC but locked to 20 degrees Celsius. Would have been nice to drop it to 18 for sleeping as the weather was hot and muggy the week we stayed and the AC took a while to gwt comfortable again after the sun heated up the room in the afternoon sun. Minutes walk from the Republique metro station and even shorter to a bus stop. Transit was our mode of transport for the week - dont trust google maps on airconditioned transport cause it lies. I would definitely stay at Hotel Americain again. The pillows are soooo comfy.

The room was perfect for one maybe a little small for two and it had everything I wanted - lift, good shower, aircon, TV comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facility. There is a great patisserie next door and it is 5 minutes from Republique Metro station

great place! location was a five minute walk from a metro station so had easy access to the rest of the city. any father north gets a little sus so this was a good location & the bakery next door was lovely. bathroom was a little small w zero counter space, air conditioner worked great. the room key was a physical key and very hard to unlock the door with. small elevator. communal microwave.

Hem etrafı tanıdık hem de miss gibi havayı içimize çektik:) Çalışanlar harika ilgililer. Odadaki su ısıtıcısını kullanmak istemediğimi söylediğimde sabah sıcak suyu kahvaltı salonundan sağladılar sağ olsunlar. Ayrıca aşırı kibarlık ve çözüm odaklılar. Odalar küçük mü? Evet. Ama iş görür. Sonuçta yatmadan yatmaya giriyorsun. Yataklar rahattı. Oda iki gün kalmanıza rağmen temizlendi. Yine gelsem yine kalırım

Room so small for 3 person and no cool AC

Close to Republique and the Marais.

The worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. The staff (with the exception of one of the night shift workers) was unbelievably unhelpful and rude. Our AC did not work the entire time in 100 degree weather and when we raised this issue with the staff several times they denied it. We slept terribly the entire time. They could not have been less helpful. Do not stay here!!! The towels were falling apart and dirty, there was a leak in our room, our sheets weren’t changed the entire time we were there, the bathroom would flood after every shower. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Do not stay here!

Great location on the edge of the Marais. Walking distance to plenty bars, restaurants and metro stations. Amazing bakery next door.

Very good position, so close to metro Republic stop, small room, not cheap, but very helpful front desk

While compact as anticipated the affordable room rate made it possible to be located in the Marais area. Staff were very helpful and being able to leave our cases after check out for most of the day prior to our flight home was appreciated.

Bed was quite comfortable. Climate controls easy to use. Area around hotel very abundant with restaurants and convenient to several metros.

Very pleasant, comfortable, not luxurious, but great price. Nice, helpful staff. Nice breakfast available in an unusual, fun place. Lots of restaurants close by. Great walking area. A big, busy park nearby.

The hotel was clean and safe. The two gentlemen were very helpful and kind.

We only stayed for one night and arrived very late and left quite early so it’s hard to comment on everything about the hotel. We had a very basic room that was very small. Perhaps one of the last remaining rooms I’m not sure. It was fine for what we needed but not if you stayed for any real length of time, 3 of you in there. Small wardrobe, again would be difficult for a lengthy stay. That being said the beds were very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was also clean with a decent shower, mirror etc. Toiletries supplied were very basic but that’s ok. Limited refreshments in the room but a good fridge. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our balcony! Looked cool at night. Area was quite noisy, albeit sound proofing indoors pretty good. Obviously a few busy bars around there. Can’t comment on the area by day as we left quite early and moved on. Overall it was fine for what we needed and just about worth the price. Polite staff. They did charge us the tax for our daughter who is only 15. My fault maybe, I should have pulled them up on it, perhaps didn’t realise how old she was and I only thought about it afterwards

Meget lille værelse og der er meget lydt. Meget sødt personale og fantastisk beliggenhed. Havde ønsket værelse med badekar og det fik vi.
