Troisième séjour dans cet endroit magnifique et tres accueillant

The reception charged us a staggering extra commission and tried to blame our bank. After many many many protests, they made us pay again without the commission, and promised a refund which never arrived. After two months we paid twice our vacation, we never got our refund and will have to involve our lawyers. There is plenty of nice resorts in the Maldives, don’t go here

I expected cleaner beaches

Tutto bellissimo,pulito,personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Unica pacca forse è che l’isola è su una laguna e il reef non è tra i più ricchi delle maldive ma il voto complessivo è alto

Beautiful property but the staff and service was excellent, Jerry looked after us and will give him 5 stars, when we were not happy with pictures the photographer took, Jerry to us to some beautiful place and took excellent pictures all on his own, Jerry 👏👏👏💯

Je suis en retraité qui vient depuis 18 ans aux Maldives et qui passe ma vie à voyager avec mon épouse. Voici le bilan terrifiant de cet hôtel, dans lequel j’ai passé huit nuits. 85 % des clients sont russes - Les bâtiments et les chambres sont sales, anciennes et mal entretenues. - Il n’y a pas de connexion Internet ni au restaurant, ni aux abords de la piscine ni devant votre chambre. - Il y a une mosquée sur l’île - Le personnel est désagréable, ne dit jamais bonjour, et traite mal les clients, tout particulièrement la clientèle féminine. - Les problèmes dans les chambres ne sont jamais traités. Évier bouché etc. - Il y a des tracteurs et des véhicules agricoles ainsi que des chantiers sur les accès aux chambres. - La direction se moque des clients, ils vous mentent sans vergogne. Par exemple, j’ai dû menacer de partir pour avoir des avantages auxquels j’avais droit notamment avec l’accès. VIP. En premier lieu, ils voulaient nous donner une chambre insalubre. - Je partais sur une autre île, faisant partie de leur chaîne d’hôtel et ils voulaient me faire lever à 4h00 du matin alors qu’il y avait un vol à 10h30. J’ai dû me battre pour modifier l’heure de départ alors que j’avais réservé depuis sept mois et prévenu les hôtels de part et d’autre. -Le personnel du restaurant est arrogant. Un jour ils nous ont même pris la clé sur la table et l’ont débarrassée. Il a fallu rechercher la clé à réception. -La plongée sous-marine est facturée à 100 $ de l’heure qui dure 45 mn

We recently had the privilege of staying at Villa Park Sun Island Maldives, and it was nothing short of magical. The moment you step onto this island, you're enveloped by its natural beauty - the lush vegetation, the white sandy beaches, and those crystal-clear waters that you've only seen in pictures until now. The accommodation was phenomenal; we stayed in one of the Villas with a private pool, and it felt like our own little slice of paradise. The design was both elegant and comfortable, blending seamlessly with the environment. The sunset views from the Sunset Water Villas we saw were breathtaking, and we are definitely considering them for our next visit. Dining here was a culinary journey. From savouring traditional Maldivian dishes at the local restaurants to the exquisite Thai restaurant , every meal felt special. However, we did notice that sometimes the buffet could use a bit more variety to keep the excitement of the palate alive. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making our stay genuinely enjoyable. They had this perfect balance of being there when you needed them but also giving you the space to enjoy your solitude. Overall, Villa Park Sun Island is a dream destination. It's got everything you could want for a Maldivian escape with just a little room for enhancement in the dining experience and island navigation. We are already planning our return!

La struttura, giardini, personale, mare e spiaggia al TOP! Cose negative: non c’è nessuna attività per bambini 6–12, escursioni care e mi sarebbe piaciuto poter visitare altre isole anche deserte. Rubinetto del bagno da sostituire. Per il resto è il paradiso terrestre.

Spa bellissima ottima qualità di massaggi Cibo medio non ottimale

Struttura organizzata e incantevole. Mare oltre la nostra immaginazione. Resort tra i più grandi delle Maldive nello splendido atollo di Ari Sud. Cibo di spessore con grande varietà adatto ad ogni tipo di alimentazione.

Camera (lagoon beach pool villa) molto bella, pulita, bagno spelidido con doccia interna ma anche con la doccia maldiviana, ovviamente accesso diretto sulla spiaggia; Buffet molto buono e vario (anche con qualcosa di italiano). Personale sempre molto gentile. Unica piccola stonatura di una vacanza perfetta: il pranzo non incluso avendo il transfer alle 14 e dovendo liberare la camera alle 12. (E il costo per includerlo, 54$/persona, davvero un non sense per un pranzo prima del viaggio).

Excepcional o serviço prestado pelo Resort, especialmente por conta de funcionários esforçados que buscam a resolução de problemas surgidos de modo imediata. A resposta com relação as solicitações dos hóspedes não deixa nada a desejar e gera concentra solução de questões surgidas no decorrer da hospedagem.

The room needed to be updated but was very clean and efficient. The island is terrific with more great beaches than most islands. The Manta Rays swimming around the Italian restaurant was fantastic. We were pleased with the food and drinks on the All-inclusive Plan. The resort lived up to all our expectations and more. The snorkelling here was not up to our previous Maldives resorts but the beaches were better. The staff was also terrific, every single one.
