Jeg overnattede 1 nat med familien, natten mellem mandag og tirsdag på vej mellem Lissabon og Madrid. Aircondition er ikke installeret, og varmen var kvælende. Baren lige ved siden af holdt åben til kl. 3 med snak og råben... Jeg kommer ikke igen.

Not easy to find , better directions are required.

The cottage was lovely, in a wonderful location/setting and we really enjoyed our stay - it is also dog friendly. However it is important to note that it was quite difficult to find once we reached Casas Del Monte and there were no instructions on the website as to how to get to the actual cottage itself. It is up a very steep, narrow hill and was quite difficult to reach. Also there were no instructions as to what to do once we arrived as the owner is not onsite and we had to enlist the help the help of some locals in the restaurant next door. It turns out that the key was left in the door but this info was not on the website either. This is not a complaint and it did add to the adventure of it all but we wanted to let other visitors know that it is not easy to find. The owner did stop by later that evening to welcome us and he was very friendly although does not speak English. Having said all that it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.
