We booked this last minute to attend a concert and were blown away when we arrived to a 5 star hotel which lived upto it's rating....so nice, staff so helpful and we got to see Umberto Tozzi leaving same hotel. So pleased we chose Hotel Vittoria *****

Terrace wasn’t open when we went, which was one of the main reasons for us staying there. Staff were not friendly or helpful. Fire alarm went off and there was no staff around and no explanation. Very disappointing, expensive stay

Tgis place is always great. The location is perfect to see everything the city has to offer. The staff is over the top. The in house restaurant and bar are great. Being steps away from the cathedrale and other eateries is a bonus. Also Roman ruins are about a 10 minute walk.

This hotel has seen better days. The carpet is worn down and some of the furniture are outdated. Nonetheless, it has a friendly staff and is located between Brescia's main plazzas.

I stayed in the suite Leonessa and it was fantastic! The view from that balcony is breathtaking, the suite is spacious and well-decorated and I had a magnificent stay!

Luxury hotel in central location. Lovely room with en-suite. Helpful staff, great choice

観光の中心に位置し、少し古いがスタッフ設備などしっかりしている。冷蔵庫ありスリッパもある。ワイファイ良好。15㎡でも狭く感じない合理的な間取り。近くにスーパーもある。朝食もそれなりのチョイスがある。シャワーの排水が少し悪かった。

Es un hotel viejo, la decoración es tremenda, no sé cómo tiene cinco estrellas, el personal desayunando en la mesa de al lado, lo nunca visto… pero su situación es inmejorable! Mi habitación no tenía ventanas… yo creo que tendría que tener 3 estrellas… el desayuno tampoco es de un hotel ni de cuatro ni de 3 estrellas… poca variedad de fruta, de pan…

Per spiegare che ci occorreva una camera accessibile in sedia a rotelle, è stato complicato, la recepionist non capiva. Al check entriamo in camera e troviamo il wc con carta igienica e acqua sporca all'interno. Facciamo notare e mandano im addetto a pulire, torniamo e troviamo il wc aperto, con la fascetta igienica scivolata dietro l'asse, senza prova di disinfezione. Camera vetusta con mobili anni cinquanta mal distribuiti, scalda acqua con solo bustine di nescaffè, nienti tè o tisane. Per un 5 stelle tutto inaccettabile.

Very old and destroyed Hotel, it doesn’t deserve 5 stars. 1 elevator, fatal breakfast, practically nothing. no gym, no relaxation facilities. a regular 3 star hotel in the city center. Excellent service.

Hotel in ottima posizione in pieno centro storico di Brescia ma purtroppo senza area di sosta temporanea per scaricare i bagagli pur essendoci lo spazio per poterlo fare. Ottimo il ristorante e il personale è sempre stato molto professionale. Ottima la pulizia sia in camera che nelle aree comuni. Unico aspetto negativo sono gli arredi e i mobili in stanza che sono veramente troppo datati e non all’altezza di un hotel a 5 stelle.

Property was well-located, both in terms of proximity to Metro (just 1 stop away from train station) and main sites of Brescia (notably the Giulia Museum and the adjacent Roman temple/theater/forum. Somewhat disappointing as a hotel. Overall, the hotel was tired and needed sprucing up. Room was decent sized but bed was hard (mattress thin) and bathroom just OK -- by the end of a fairly short shower I was ankle deep in water. WiFi connection was uneven -- had a number of Zoom calls dropped because of insufficient bandwidth (although worked better later in the day).
