Very rundown. Looks like it has never had any maintenance work. Dirty. Lazy staff. Very dissatisfied as it is a good location and has great potential to be a nice place.

i wish the byke had better trained and more attentive staff.. the condition of most rooms are deplorable and most of the air conditioners and mini fridge in the rooms don't work.. one of my friends mobed 3 rooms in 4 days!

Did not stay here in the end as the rooms were nothing like the photographs seen when booked, the place was not to our liking. Booked out 30 mins after we checked in.

The Byke is very run down I'm afraid . The buildings need thousands spending on them to bring them up to scratch - they are damp and in a very poor state of disrepair. However the staff are wonderful, the gardens phenomenal, and the hotel couldn't be in a better location. The restaurant, recreational areas, pool very good. The problem is the poor condition of the rooms.

The property is run down and absolutely crappy. Found a coach roach in the breakfast. Breakfast is veg. The staff are pretty non-service trained and speak Hindi only. I found a couple of guest complaining about the maintenance and upkeep of the rooms. Really not worth the price. The security are rude and don’t care about the paying guest.

I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are happy with extremely cheap. Room is full of mosquitos and room was not fully clean - lots of dust everywhere. Service was poor - it took 3 calls before anything would be done/if at all. Pool water was extremely cloudy too. Unless you literally want a cheap bed, I would recommend staying elsewhere

Huone johon ensin meidät majoitettiin oli aivan homeessa, haisi pahalle, luvattu jääkaappi puuttui. Saimme neljän yön jälkeen uuden huoneen, joka oli myöskin homeessa, tosin hieman vähemmän. Muurahaisia pyrki tulemaan sänkyyn koko ajan jostain. Siisteystaso oli aivan hirveä (likainen wc-istuin yms. kosteus mädännyttänyt wc oven karmit, kaapit epäsiistit, ja tämä oli se parempi huone..) Lämmintä vettäkään ei tullut kummassakaan huoneessa. Aamiaisastiasto oli likainen,mikä ei houkuttanut useasti aamiaista siellä syömään... Tv ei toiminut (vaikkei sitä nyt lomalla tarvitse, mutta silti..) ja wifi oli vain hotellin aulassa ja allasalueella, ei huoneissa. Hotellin puolesta luvatut vesipullot eivät tulleet ilman erillistä pyyntöä. Todella huono tämän hintaluokan hotelli. Ainut mikä oli hyvää, on sijainti.

After reading lots of very bad reviews I thought we would try it for a couple of nights, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean , the television worked, it had a kettle and tea and coffee, the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our breakfast. The hotel is two minutes walk to the beach .mainly Russian visitors there .

Ja was soll man schönes schreiben? Es befindet sich definitiv nah am Strand. Und ansonsten kann ich nichts empfehlen! Es fing damit an, dass uns ein äusserst unfreundlicher, genervter und wenig hilfsbereiter rezeptionist am 4.1.2018 empfangen hat und uns nach reichlich Diskussion den zimmerschlüssel überreichte. Die Fotos der DELUXE SUITE entsprechen sicherlich der Realität, von vor 20 Jahren. Alles sehr runtergekommen und dreckig. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht ab; die Lüftung im Bad funktionierte überhaupt nicht, an allen Wänden bröckelte der Putz, Schimmel und Dreck. Und uns wurden sehr ,,freundlich" wasserflaschen gebracht, welche schon angefangen waren und nach dem wir uns erkundigt hatten weshalb, erfuhren, dass sie lediglich nur mit LEITUNGSWASSER aufgefüllt wurden. Mehrfach wurde in der Nacht anscheinend getestet ob wir auch abgeschlossen haben, denn das Personal klingte des öfteren und konnte auf Rücksprache, weshalb das abends 23.00 nötig ist, sich auch nicht erklären. Das Essen, welches wir einmal nutzten, war auch nicht zu empfehlen. Da wir nur Halbpension hatten, testeten wir auch lediglich das Frühstück. Alles in allem ist es unserer Meinung nach eine Täuschung und nicht zu empfehlen, Preis Leistung stimmen keinesfalls. Zudem wird einem nicht einmal die volle Leistung zugestanden, in der Hausordnung steht geschrieben, dass Check out um 10.00 erfolgen soll, wir wurden 9.20 genervt angerufen wann wir denn denken endlich mal aus zu checken.

The rooms are ill maintained

Rooms were outdated, linnen and towels were old and stained. The gym that is mentioned on their website has been closed for months and will be closed for the coming months. Breakfast is only vegetarian, not including eggs, so was limited for me. Location is good, pool is nice but closes really early (6 I believe).

Bad rooms, unfriendly manager, food quality worst. Price per room was very high.

отель представляет собой цепочки двухэтажных домиков среди сада. Если обнаруживаются какие-либо недостатки, это будет обусловлено возрастом отеля. В номере довольно чисто, каких-либо серьезных насекомых за время пребывания замечено не было. душ работал нормально. Чайник и холодильник в номере есть, а также набор для чая/кофе. Кондиционер не работал , хотя включался. Есть вентилляторы. В номере высокая влажность. Завтрак расчитан на индийский вкус, есть фрукты -папайя или арбуз, вкусные лепешечки. Окружающая территория очень красивая. Хочется отметить очень хорошее отношение всего персонала-начиная от охранников до официантов: все стараются помочь, всем чем возможно. Это очень радует. Кстати, отель огорожен и круглосуточно охраняется. Океан через дорогу.
