Perfect Location. LLegamos cansadas despues de un largo vuelo con escalas antes de poder entrar a la habitacion y fuimos recibidos amablemente, en sus oficinas,en un comodo sofa, con cafe,te ,y pequeños dulces de la zona, mientras estaba lista la habitacion,Muy amables y hospitalarios. Gracias. Muy Recomendados.

On the center of Madrid, great location, attentive and professionals

Great location in the centre of the city. Really easy to get around from this location. Everything is great. The kitchen is not fully equipped. We missed a breadknife, tablecloth and a cuttingboard.

Muy bien ubicado, tranquilo, un poco pequeño

It's near everything! You can walk all the important sites from this place. Good size except for the shower, I'm a small size and it was hard to get in the shower.

Es complicado porque la entrada es por una contraseña que enviaron por correo y no lo recibí , sin embargo al ir a la dirección donde es la recepción para buscar las llaves la atención de Bertha fue nefasta con mucha molestia porque no sabía que se ingresa con una clave!

Sejour sympa, au pied des lieux touristiques, donnant sur une rue piétonnes. En plus maison en bas (porte) de la petite souris !! Appartement climatisé ! Ideal

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti prenotando un appartamento per 4 persone con divano letto e 2 letti singoli. La struttura e’ nel pieno centro quindi la posizione ottima, ma l’appartamento non ci e’ piaciuto. Aprendo il divano letto per i bambini era quasi impossibile passare per andare in bagno la notte. Il bagno aveva lo specchio malandato. La doccia molto vecchia e l’acqua calda arrivava a fatica (il getto molto lento). Non ci siamo goduti l’appartamento come volevamo perché anche per cenare era molto scomodo.non era quello che ci aspettavamo.

It’s an excellent option if you’re visiting Madrid! The hotel is really well located in the center, 2-3 minute walk from Puerta del Sol and the metro station, it is a very busy area and yet there’s no noise inside the rooms. Staff is super kind and helpful! I would stay here again.

Very good location . No shampoo in the bathroom. Didn’t change towels or clean room for four days we were there.

It was amazing

The location was the best. We felt safe all the time. We were near al the attractions. The nighttime was quiet. The air conditioner was very bad, we called to have a Fan, and they didn't provide it. It was very hot 1 small a/c in the room and apartment was very hot.

It was a family vacation. The area is perfect the only this that was really bad was the a/c. For summertime with hot temperature the a/c are too small for the area, and it won't be cold at all. We called to Inform to see if they had fans and NO fans where given. For the rest it was good. we felt safe on all time Not a noise area. Walking distance to the train and Uber area. If they A/C had worked properly it will have been Excellent
